Treatment Of Infantile Pneumonia In The Recovery Period

Objective Through clinical observation to the recovery of pneumonia in children whose rale is still in, to explore the clinical effect of Qing Jin plaster therapy for treatment of pneumonia late there are still rales.For the development of Qing Jin plaster which is convenient operation, cheap price, no obvious toxic side reaction, easy to be accepted by children and parents to effective new traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for percutaneous absorption to lay a good foundation, to shorten the course, reduce the overuse of antibiotics, to avoid dysbacteriosis, double infection and treatment in time, so as to improve the curative effect of the recovery period of pneumonia.Methods We selected 160 cases of late pneumonia in children with rales malabsorption, randomly divided into observation group of 80 cases and control group of 80 cases. The two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment of pneumonia, observation group was added with Qing Jin plaster. Use the method of clinical observation of two groups of children, period symptom score improvement, the disappearance time of pulmonary rales and safety evaluation, auxiliary examination results change, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results The results shows that the cure rates of control group and observation group are 76.25% and 48.75%, the total effective rate are 97.50% and 88.75%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared two groups of clinical symptoms score, Qing Jin plaster intervention treatment for 2 days in observation group were lower than those of control group integral, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the effect of the treatment of observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion Using Qing Jin plaster to treat the recovery of pneumonia in children whose rale is still in has good clinical efficacy.1 The observation group which added Qing Jin plaster, the cure rate and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group;2 After added Qing Jin plaster intervention for 2 days,the observation group clinical symptom score are lower than the control group, The improvement of clinical symptoms is speed, and the clinical efficacy is significant.3 The course of patients with mixed infections with other pathogens cases are longer than those herpes infections cases. Qing Jin plaster therapy can shorten the course, reduce the symptoms.
