The Clinical Efficacy Of Warm Medicine Iron Therapy In The Treatment Of Coughin Children

Objective: By clinical controlled trial,the paper evaluate the efficacy of warm medicine ironing therapy in the treatment of cough in children by observing the primary and secondary symptom reduction rate,effective rate and clinical recovery time of cough in children by clinical controlled trial.Moreover,the paper explore the advantages of warm medicine ironing therapy in the treatment of cough in children,and provide clinical basis for its better role in the prevention and treatment of cough in children.Methods:120 children with cough(wind-cold phlegm syndrome,phlegm-dampness accumulation lung syndrome)and acute bronchitis in western medicine were selected from the pediatric outpatient department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the order of treatment,it was divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group,including 67 cases of wind-cold phlegm syndrome and 53 cases of phlegm-dampness accumulation of lung syndrome.According to the treatment plan,112 cases were completed and 8 cases were shedding.Among them,the cold-cold clip-on syndrome,treatment group 33 cases,32 cases in the control group;phlegm-dampness and lung syndrome,25 cases in the treatment group and 22 cases in the control group.According to the classification of different syndromes(wind-cold phlegm syndrome,phlegm-dampness syndrome)of "Technical Research Points of Clinical Research of Pediatric Diseases",the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and the treatment group was treated with warm medicine ironing therapy on the basis of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for 7 days.The reduction rate of primary and secondary symptoms,the effective rate and the clinical recovery time of cough in each group were observed before and after treatment(0 days,3 days,7 days).The results were compared by chi-square test and rank sum test.Results:1)On the third day after treatment,the score reduction rate of cough and pulmonary auscultation in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the score reduction rate of evil wind and nasal obstruction and slug syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The decrease rate of the main symptom score of pulmonary auscultation in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)On the seventh day after treatment,compared with the control group,The treatment group of wind-cold phlegm syndrome and phlegm-dampness accumulation lung syndrome could effectively eliminate or improve the scores of primary and secondary symptoms and signs caused by cough in children,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3)On the seventh day after treatment,The cure rate of wind-cold phlegm syndrome and phlegm-dampness accumulation lung syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the recovery time of cough in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The use of warm medicine ironing therapy to treat children with cough can effectively improve the primary and secondary symptoms and signs of children;2.The use of warm medicine ironing therapy to treat children with cough is effective and can shorten the treatment time.3.The use of warm medicine ironing therapy to treat children with cough has a good clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
