| Objective:By using of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory,in the combination with relevant computer technologies to conduct a preliminary discussion on the prescription-formulating principle of containing marine traditional Chinese medicine with tonifying prescriptions.To provide evidence for clinical and new drug development.Methods: collect “Chinese Medicine and Efficacy”,“Chinese Ocean Materia Medica”,“Chinese Ocean Medicine Dictionary”,“Guangxi Marine Drugs”,“Potential Herbal Series” and other related traditional Chinese medicine books,and The marine medicine supplement formula is included in the relevant documents of CNKI and Wanfang electronic database a few search-related literatures.Through the screening,435 complete prescriptions were finally obtained.The 435 prescriptions were divided into two types,tonifying treatment prescription and tonifying prescription.After the basic information data processing,the double check was entered into the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software V2.5 respectively,thereby establishing two databases including a marine Chinese medicine with tonifying prescription and a tonifying prescription.This paper focuses on the data mining analysis including association rules,improved mutual information method,and complex system entropy cluster for the tonifying treatment prescription of marine Chinese medicine,to obtain the results such as prescription drug frequency,the four properties and five tastes of drugs,toxic drugs,commonly used drug-pairs,potential new prescrption,and commonly used drug-pair for each indication.Visual network maps are displayed to analyze the law of prescription compatibility of the Chinese herbal medicine with tonifying treatment prescription.Results: There were 285 laws of prescription compatibility of the Chinese herbal medicine with tonifying treatment prescription(1)There were 416 marine Chinese medicines with a total frequency of 3570 times.(2)29 high-frequency ingredients were oysters,licorice,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Astragalus mongholicus,keel,yam,angelica,Poria cocos,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,dry radix rehmanniae: based on tonifying drugs,respectively with the Pingganxifeng medicine,astringent medicine,heat-clearing medicine,Anshen medicine,Lee water wet there,blood-activitating and stasis-dissolving drugs,hemostatic drugs,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and antiasthmatic drugs,Qi drugs,temperature in drugs and other compatibilities.(3)High-frequency marine drugs include oysters,cuttlebone,mother of pearl,abalone shell,seal kidney(testiset penis phocae),hippocampus,pearls,etc.(4)The medicinal properties of the formula are mainly warm,cold and flat.The medicinal taste is mostly sweet,bitter,pungent and salty.It mainly includes liver,kidney,spleen,heart,lung and stomach.(5)There were 45 ingredients of toxic drugs,and the frequency of use accounted for 4.52% of the total drugs.(6)There were 8groups of core drug combinations in the overall medication: Keel-Oyster,Radix paeoniae Alba-Oyster,Huangqi-Oyster,Licorice-Oyster,Yam-Oyster,Angelica-Oyster,Codonopsis-Oyster,Poria cocos-Oyster:The entropy clustering analysis showed that the potential drug combination was 8 groups and 5 new ones.(7)In the top ten of the group,the main indications for disease are medical diseases,followed by consumptivedisease,vaginal discharge,insomnia,impotence,dizziness,uterine bleeding,nocturnal emission,palpitations,stomach pain,and gall disease.Commonly used drugs for consumptive disease are aconite-sea dog kidney,chrysotilum-sea dog kidney,aloes-sea dog kidney,aloes-sea dog kidney-chrysotilum: Commonly used medicines for vaginal discharge are yam-oyster,keel-oyster,yam-keel-oyster.Commonly drug-pairs for insomnia are keel-oyster,polygala-oyster.;Commonly used drugs for impotence are hippocampus-Rehmannia,hippocampus-gecko,hippocampus velvet antler,hippocampus Cistanche desterticola,hippocampus Herba Epimedii.;Commonly used drugs for dizziness are oyster-chrysanthemum,oyster-Radix paeoniae Alba.;Commonly used drugs for uterine bleeding are oyster-Radix paeoniae Alba,oyster-Huangqi.;Commonly used drugs for nocturnal emission are oyster-yam,oyster-keel.;Commonly used drugs for palpitations are oyster-Ophiopogon japonicu.;Commonly used drugs for stomach pain are licorice-cuttlebone,Bletilla striata-cuttlebone,licorice-Bletilla striata-cuttlebone.;Commonly used drugs for gall disease are Prunella vulgaris-Oyster,Ophiopogon japonicus-Oyster,Huangqi-Oyster,Radix paeoniae Alba-Oyster.The Medication Rule of 150 prescriptions containing Marine Traditional Chinese Medicine with tonifying effect(1)involved 194 kinds of raw materials,with a total use frequency of 469 times.(2)The first three kinds of Chinese medicine used most frequently were Astragalus,Angelica sinensis,sea cucumber,and the ingredients were japonica rice,pork and glutinous rice.(3)Involved 69 kinds of marine Chinese medicine.(4)The traditional Chinese medicine prescription is mainly warm and flat.The taste of the medicine is sweet,salty,pungent,bitter.It mainly consists of spleen,stomach,kidney,lung,liver and so on.Conclusion: The law of prescriptions of tonifying and tonifying treatment of marine traditional medicine mainly takes oyster as the most core medicine,and which is compatible with the medicine of tonifying deficiency,calming the liver and eliminating drugs,astringent medicine,heat-clearing medicine,tranquilizing medicine,Lee water wet there.Its main function is tonic,astringent,tranquilizing and so on.In addition to the use of marine traditional Chinese medicine with tonifing prescription,the main application to consumptive,impotence,vaginal discharge,uterine bleeding.marine Chinese medicine with tonifying prescription is based on the marine fishes with nourshing effect. |
