| Objective:Jin and Yuan Dynasty is traditional Chinese medicine in a period of great prosperity period. Traditional Chinese medicine’s development showed a picture of academic debate and all flowers bloom together. Jin and Yuan Dynasty is an accretive milestone of traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine during Jin and Yuan Dynasty not just inherited the predecessor achievement but also married social,political,natural environment and their own experiences to innovate.The origins of medical schools and doctrines appearing later than Jin and Yuan Dynasty all have some contact with the traditional Chinese medicine during Jin and Yuan Dynasty. So this article choose study of the formula composing and Law of compatibility of tonic prescription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties to show the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine during Jin and Yuan Dynasty and to inhert academic thoughts of the Jin and Yuan Dynasty doctors.Methods:The method is to combine literature study method and statistical method.Use the literature study method to collect the relevant literature,then filter tonic prescriptionin Jin and Yuan Dynasties in relevant standards.The database and software technology are used,and then carry on the programming.Finally,establish database of tonic priscription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties.Use the statistical method to analysis the structure and the law of compatibility.Results:Fristly,tonic prescription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties are sorted comprehensibly and database of tonic priscription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties is established,which Frequently use 429 formula.There are 134 Qi prescription,36 Blood prescription,87 Yin prescription,! 16 Yang prescription and 56 Qi and Blood prescription.There are 238 herbs which appeared 3895 times.The most frequently used herb is Qi drug which is used 625 times. The most frequently used herb is Qi drug which is used 625 times. The second frequently used herb is Yang drug which is used 451 times and the third frequently used herb is Blood drug which is used 421 times.Secondly,In terms of the Prescription Structure,the compatibility of medicines of Qi prescription is Qi drug,Lifting Qing Yang drugs for the basic configuration. Qi drug commonly used are Licorice which is used 97 times,for 29.21% of the frequency,Ginseng which is used 87 times,for 26.20% of the frequency,Atractylodes which is used 65 times,for 19.58% of the frequency,Astragalus which is used 62 times,for 18.68% of the frequency. Lifting Qing Yang drugs commonly used are Chaihu which is used 29 times,for 21.64% of the frequency,Cohosh which is used 25 times,for 18.66% of the frequency.The compatibility of medicines of Blood prescription is Blood drug. Blood drug commonly used are Licoric which is used 32 times,for 39.51% of the frequency, Rehmannia which is used 24 times,for 29.63% of the frequency,White peony which is used 21 times,for 25.93% of the frequency.The compatibility of medicines of Yin prescription is Nourishing yin and clearing heat drug and Blood drug. Astringent drug frequently use Schisandra which is used 16 times,for 36.36% of the frequency,Cornus Offinalis which is used 9 times,for 20.46% of the frequency.Thirdly,the database is done with Java language and SQL language and designed by JFinal framework.The database contains 429 tonic prescription, including the author,the book,the source,the name of the prescription,drug composition and other basic content. The database mainly has two functions of prescription query and prescription management. The query function can be achieved by entering doctors’name,prescription names and drug source. Prescription management functions include add function,delete function and modify function.Conclusion:1. In terms of Category and frequency,the most drug tonic prescription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties frequently use is Qi drug,which is used 652 times,for 17% of the frequency.The second most drug tonic prescription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties frequently use is Yang drug, which is used 451 times,for 12% of the frequency. The third most drug tonic prescription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties frequently use is Blood drug,which is used 421 times,for 11% of the frequency. In terms of Category of tonic prescription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the most tonic prescription is Qi prescription,134 altogether,for 31.24% of the frequency. The second most tonic prescription is Yang prescription,116 altogether,for 27.04% of the frequency.The specific distribution of tonic prescription in Jin and Yuan Dynasties reflects the debate fo the two factions with Li Gao as the representative of the school of nourishing the earth and Zhu Zhen heng as the representative of the school of Yin. From the above statistical results results can be seen that in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties Li Gao as the representative of the school of nourishing the earth is the main. There are three reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, effect of medicine in Song dynasty. Secondly, the influence of natural climate environment. Thirdly, the influence of the social environment.2.
