Objective: This study aimed at analyzing current status of postpartum therapist occupation of traditional Chinese medicine,to build the system of postpartum Therapist professional standards of traditional Chinese medicine,have the effect of outline climb collar,postpartum Therapist standardization of traditional Chinese medicine,professional development,provide effective guidance for postpartum rehabilitation services and training institutions,provide reference for government departments to formulate relevant policies on the basis of the basis.Methods: Through literature method and interview method,homemade postpartum Therapist occupational status quo investigation of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM postpartum Therapist satisfaction survey questionnaire,and by consulting the expert to test the questionnaire reliability and validity of TCM postpartum Therapist,service object,organization managers face-to-face semi-structured interview framework on three kinds of people.Through questionnaire survey and interview,statistical questionnaire data and collation interview data,the occupational status quo of postpartum rehabilitation profession and data data were derived and analyzed.This paper proposes a solution to the deficiency of postpartum rehabilitation profession.Results: 1.Interview results: social cognition of postpartum rehabilitation teachers of traditional Chinese medicine: senior month sister-in-law,health massage therapist,health care doctor: 2.Through the analysis of questionnaire results,the occupational status indicators of postpartum rehabilitation teachers in traditional Chinese medicine were obtained:(2)80.2% of high school and lower diploma;(3)86.4% of short-term training of health massage therapists;(4)average training practice for 14.4 days;(5)post-service training once every two years accounted for 50.4%;(6)70.3% work 10 or more times per week;(7)the service target has a high demand for postpartum rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: 1.The quality of postpartum rehabilitation teachers in Chinese medicine is mixed;2.False level;3.The postpartum rehabilitation teachers of traditional Chinese medicine have high income and great difference;4.The service target is aged,the demand level is high,and the demand is diversified;To promote the development of postpartum rehabilitation teachers in Chinese medicine,the following countermeasures are proposed: 1.Relevant government departments promote the professionalization of postpartum rehabilitation teachers of traditional Chinese medicine;2.Standardize the training institutions and contents of the post-natal rehabilitation teachers’ grading standards of traditional Chinese medicine;3.Set the entry threshold;(1)set the entry threshold according to the classification of vocational aptitude and rank. |
