Study On Correlation Between TCM Constitution And The Amount Of Postpartum Hemorrhage

ObjectiveBased on the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women and the physical type distribution of the correlation of clinical research, and to explore the susceptible of postpartum hemorrhage in the constitution, with a view of early intervention on susceptible, and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, and to the theory of TCM Constitution in the theory and in the clinical work provide great guiding significance.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly selected from June 1,2014 to January 31,2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Department of obstetrics in term 500 of pregnant women, using field survey to fill out forms:the collection of maternal age, cultural level, family history, medical history, history of allergy and blood analysis results; and by Professor Wang Qi formulated the "TCM Constitution questionnaire table" combined with the pregnant women of tongue and pulse, makes a judgment on the pregnant women’s physique. Postpartum hemorrhage volume, record according to requirements of maternal intrapartum and postpartum treatment, birth weight, postpartum 24 hours after the blood analysis results. Based on the type of constitution and pregnant women were analyzed, and to explore the correlation between volume and constitution of postpartum hemorrhage, and carries on the analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the results.ResultsThe distribution of 1 late pregnancy, maternal physical existence certain rules (X2=212.497, p=0.000),the biased constitution is the main type of constitution, one of the top three were:Yin deficiency, damp heat, Yang deficiency.2, the Constitution and the amount of blood there is a correlation (X2=187.128, p=0.000, r=0.528), that is flat and the amount of bleeding in 300ML within the constitution, damp heat and qi stagnation constitution was the amount of bleeding was 300 to 500ML, the amount of bleeding is more common in deficiency of Qi and blood stasis is more than 500ML>>= Yang due to yin deficiency, deficiency of which easily lead to bleeding more than 1000ML.3, from the laboratory blood analysis results show, cesarean section postpartum HGB and HCT with normal delivery were significantly lower, two statistical difference (P<0.05) exists. And the cesarean section group average 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage volume higher than natural delivery group.4, cesarean section group, age, culture degree is higher than natural delivery group, and both of the physical distribution is also different, namely the cesarean section group of Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and the proportion was significantly higher than natural delivery group, qi stagnation and blood stasis matter is slightly higher than natural delivery group.Conclusion1. maternal advanced physical existence of bias, with Yin deficiency, damp heat, Yang deficiency is common, pregnant women may be biased in favor of more deficiency, wet in the third trimester physique.2. postpartum hemorrhage and the amount of the amount of physical distribution has a certain relationship. The amount of bleeding with Qi deficiency, blood stasis, yin deficiency, Yang deficiency than other types of constitution, the four constitution may be susceptible of postpartum hemorrhage physique, intervention on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage, is expected to become effective method.3. cesarean section bleeding volume higher than natural delivery group. Improving medical technology, reasonable control operation based on the indication, so that the majority of pregnant women know the advantages and disadvantages of different modes of delivery in pregnant women, enhancement of natural childbirth confidence, so as to control the rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage is one of the measures to reduce.4, cesarean section group, age, culture degree is higher than natural delivery group, and both of the physical distribution is also different,namely the cesarean section group of Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and the proportion was significantly higher than natural delivery group, qi stagnation and blood stasis matter is slightly higher than natural delivery group. Considering the cesarean section for higher education, work for mental labor, work environment is indoor, life pressure big, it led to the constitution of Yang and Qi, qi stagnation and blood stasis quality too much.
