The Clinical Research On Treatments Of Stable Angina Of Coronary Heart Disease By The YiQiHuoXue Compound And Activating Blood Combined With Western Medicine

Objective:Observing the clinical effect of the YiQiHuoXue Compound with Western medicine which is usually used in the treatment of patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease(Which is identified as the qi-deficiency and blood stasis of thoracic obstruction);comparing the observation with the traditional Chinese medicine section and the Western medicine section;providing a new therapy plan for the treatment of stable angina of coronary heart disease by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method:From January 2016 to January 2018,coming to Yanji Chinese Medicine Hospital,the inpatients and the outpatients who complied the inclusive criteria of the research were 90 in total.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into three treatment groups:the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,the Western medicine treatment group and the traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment group.And there were 30 cases in each group.In the first group,the patients took the modified treatment of the the YiQiHuoXue Compound.In the second group,the patients took oral administration of Western medicine.And in the third group,the patients took the combined treatment of the above two therapies.The treatment course was 30 days.After 3 treatment courses,the efficacy was evaluated.The TCM syndromes grade,the electrocardiogram changes and the remission of angina were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Then the patients'safety indicators before and after the treatment,such as heart rate,blood pressure,liver and kidney function,etc,were compared to judge the drug safety.And the SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the treatment efficacy of the three groups.Result:1.The clinical efficacy of the YiQiHuoXue Compound with nitroglycerin is significantly better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of stable angina of coronary heart disease.2.Compared to the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,the YiQiHuoXue Compound with nitroglycerin posses obvious advantages in improving TCM syndrome grade,angina symptom grade,reducing the usage of nitroglycerin,etc.3.Compared to the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,the YiQiHuoXue Compound with nitroglycerin can improve myocardial ischemia more effectively.Conclusion:Compared to the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,the YiQiHuoXue Compound and activating blood combined with Western medicine has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of stable angina of coronary heart disease(Which is identified as the qi-deficiency and blood stasis of thoracic obstruction).Besides that,it has advantages in remitting the pain degree of angina,shortening the last time of angina,controlling the frequency of angina,reducing the dosage of nitroglycerin,etc,especially in improving TCM symptoms of patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease.The therapy has higher safety and fewer side effects.It deserves to be generalized.
