As a groundbreaking technology,the application of 3D printing has been widely concerned in the medical field.And the medical industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world and is in a global competitive position.With the continuous popularization and promotion of 3D printing technology,it is indeed necessary to study the scientific application of 3D printing medical products.3D printing is a kind of "additive manufacturing"technology with advantages of shortening machining cycle,reducing fixed cost and realizing personalized production.Based on the characteristics of 3D printing technology,3D printing supply chain is very different from the traditional scale economic production.Based on the characteristics of 3D printing technology and supply chain,this study proposes the basic framework of 3D printing supply chain business model.This paper argues that changes of key elements in business model system structure can promote the innovation of the traditional business model.3D printing supply chain business model in medical industry realizes changes of key elements on the value transfer,value proposition and value creation,having the characteristics of time control,technical support and interactive support,which promotes the innovation and transformation of traditional business model in the medical industry.At the same time,this paper continues to consider the limitations and difficulties of applying the business model of 3D printing supply chain in the medical industry.Research finds that because of the unequal status between hospitals and patients,but also the lack of effective government regulation measures and means,China’s medical industry is faced with serious conflicts,which hinders the benign and healthy development of the medical industry and the reasonable application of 3D printing supply chain business model.And the key to solve the problem of doctor-patient contradiction is that in the process of the implementation of 3D printing supply chain business model,various medical members on the supply chain can get positive government policy support and guide,regarding government intervention as the provider of hospital-patient interaction support platform.Therefore,in consideration of the non-linear cooperative relations among members of the medical industry,the whole members in the 3D printing supply chain are collectively referred to as a participant to participate in the Nash game to build a two-sided static Nash game model considering government subsidy is established.Research finds that under the pure strategy Nash game and mixed strategy Nash game,the government has a direct impact on the decision-making of medical institutions.Especially under the mixed strategy Nash game,the government can set subsidies and punishment measures to guide the behavior of medical institutions by giving corresponding policy support and tilt to those medical institutions providing interactive behavior,and increasing the penalties to those who doesn’t provide.Research on the game model based on 3D printing supply chain of medical industry has important theoretical significance and application value.The optimal result of Nash game model is to improve customers’ value through government intervention and maximize social benefits while ensuring economic benefits.In terms of application value,the establishment of support platform alleviates hospital-patient conflict and promotes the healthy development of medical industry and the reasonable application of 3D printing supply chain business model. |
