Objective:To analyze the labor process characteristics and its related factors of vaginal birth after cesarean section, and hope to provide references for the correct treatment of the patients in the future. Methods:Collected 228 patients who were already full-term pregnancy treated by The First Affiliated Hospital obstetrics department of Guanxi Medical University from june 2014 todecember 2017.theywere divided into:observation group(76 patients)—successful in VBAC,group A(76patients)—successful vaginal birth for the first pregnancy, group B(76patients)—successful vaginal birth for the second time.By collecting general data and relevant clinical data of patients in each group, then analyze the labor process characteristics and its related factors of all groups, and compare the complications of all groups.Results:1.The average value of the total stage of labor is 5.7289±3.0549hours in the observation group, lower than the group A(7.9649±3.7828hours),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);higher than the group B(4.9439±2.1179hours),the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with group B in control group A,group A was larger than group B,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The average value of the first stage of labor is 5.1434±2.7947 hours in the observation group, lower than the group A(6.9257±3.6592hours),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);higher than the group B(4.4329±2.0771hours),the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with group B in control group A,group A is larger than group B,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The average value of the second stage of labor was0.6737±0.5269hours in the observation group, lower than the group A(0.8257±0.4656hours),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);higher than the group B(0.3167±0.2358hours),thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);Compared with group B in control group A,group A was larger than group B,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The average third labor of the observation group was 0.1638+0.0769hours,which was less than the observation group of the two groups, and the difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.According to the usual presence of natural history, the observation group is divided into two subgroups, only the differences of the secondlabor between the two subgroups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the first, three differences of labor and total labor had no statistical significance(P>0.05).6.The weight gain is related to the total stage of labor in the observation group(Y=0.296x+2.383,R~2=0.095,P<0.05),and the average value of the weight gain is 11.3±3.2Kg,the average value of the total stage is 5.7289±3.0549hours.7.The weight gain is related to the first stage of labor in the observation group(Y=0.267x+2.127,R~2=0.091,P<0.05),and the average value of the weight gain is 11.3±3.2Kg,the average value of the first stage is 5.1434±2.7947hours.8.The bleeding after 2 hours of delivery of the observation group, greater than the control group A group and the control group B group, there is no statistically significant difference compared with control group A(P>0.05),the observation group compared with control group B group difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with group B in control group A,group A is larger than group B,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).9.There is significant difference in the blood loss of postpartum between the observation group and the group B(P>0.05),and no significant difference with group A(P>0.05).However,there is also no significant difference in the postpartum hemorrhage, blood transfusion rate, uterine rupture rate,Postpartum fever, other bad complications of childbirth, neonatal asphyxia or transfer to neonatal therapy rate between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The first stage?the second stage and the total stage of labor of the observation group were all between the group A and the group B,that will be beneficial to manage the labor of pregnant women who want to have a vaginal birth after cesarean section.2.Excessive weight gain during pregnancy can extend VBAC first labor and total labor, that is why the pregnant women must control weight, and will shorten the first labor and the total labor.3.VBAC parturients were the same as those who had no scars in childbirth complications and neonatal outcomes.
