Clinical Research On Functional Dyspepsia Belong To Syndrome Of Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach With Prescription Of Sier Tiaowei Decoction

Objective:To observe sier tiaowei decoction treatment of functional dyspepsia belonging to syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods:80 out-patients were excluded organic disease by digestive endoscopy and diagnosed as functional dyspepsia belonging to syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach who were in Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from January 2015 to May 2016,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 40 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were taken by sier tiaowei decoction,which contained chaihu10 g,baishao12g,zhishi15 g,chenpi10g,jiangbanxia9 g,fuling15g,sugeng10 g,gancao6g,shengjiang3 g,and were provided free frying granules by Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine,twice a day,sooner or later each time.Patients in the control group is taken by domperidone tablets(Xian Janssen,H10910003),with the frequency of 3 times a day and 1 tablets every time.Both groups were continuously observed for four weeks and recorded the curative effect.During this period,patients in both groups could not take other drugs to treat this disease.Results:1.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;2.TCM syndrome curative effect,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 92.5%,control group total effective rate was 67.5%,the total efficiency of the two groups was statistically difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the TCM syndrome curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group;3.Comparison of two groups of the main symptoms of the comprehensive curative effect after treatment: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of control group was 65%,the total efficiency of the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05),suggesting that treatment group was better than the comprehensive effect of the main symptoms of the control group;4.Comparison of two groups of single main symptoms after treatment: therewas a significant difference between different single main symptoms(P<0.05),in early satiety,epigastric pain and epigastric burning,treatment group was better than the control group;in postprandial fullness discomfort,treatment group better than the control group.Conclusion:Sier tiaowei decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia disharmony between liver and stomach,in improving the curative effect of TCM syndrome,score of TCM syndromes,the main symptoms of the comprehensive curative effect and single main symptoms were better than domperidone group,especially in patients with early satiety and postprandial fullness discomfort,epigastric pain,epigastric burning,the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group,which showed that sier tiaowei decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of this disease,and had certain reference value for the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia disharmony between liver and stomach.
