Clinical Observation Of Liqi Xiaozhang Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Liver-Stomach Disharmony

Object Observe the clinical effect of Liqi Xiaozhang Decoction on functional dyspepsia of Liver-Stomach Disharmony through clinical comparative study.Methods 64 cases of Liver-Stomach Disharmony with functional dyspepsia included in the standard of the outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.32 cases per group.The treatment group was treated with Liqi Xiaozhang Decoction orally,one dose per day,200 ml per time,half an hour after breakfast and dinner.The control group was given Citrate Dispersible tablets,5mg,tid,before meals.During the treatment,the patients were advised to eat light and rest regularly and were Forbidden to associate with other drugs associated with the disease.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.All patients were followed up by telephone for 2 months after the end of the course.The control group was excluded because 2 patients did not take medicine on time and took acid inhibitor without authorization.One patient in the treatment group were excluded once for interruption of medication due to work reasons.By observing the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total score of symptoms,the score of individual symptoms and the long-term curative effect of the two groups to observe the clinical effect of Liqi Xiaozhang Decoction on functional dyspepsia of Liver-Stomach Disharmony.Data collected and processed are input into EXCEL and analyzed by SPSS22.0.Measuring data were tested by t-test and counting data by chi-square test.The results of measurement data are expressed as(� s),and rank sum test was used for rank data.P>0.05 showed no significant difference,P<0.05 showed that the statistical differences was existed,P<0.01 suggested the statistical differences was significant.Results (1)Curative effect of TCM syndrome : The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.77 %,7 cases recovered,17 cases showed effect,6 cases were effective,1 case was invalid;total effective rate of Moshabili control group was 93.33 %,3 cases recovered,8cases showed effect,17 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,Chinese medicine decoction treatment group total effective rate and Chinese medicine syndromes have advantages over Western medicine control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)Contrast of total score of clinical symptoms: The total scores of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were different between the two groups(P<0.05),it shows that both groups of drugs have good effects on functional dyspepsia;The comparison of total points of clinical symptoms between the two groups was statistically different after treatment(P<0.05),it shows that the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine is superior to the control group of Western medicine in improving clinical symptoms.(3)Contrast of single clinical symptom score:Improvement of single symptoms such as epigastric distention or pain,bilateral fullness,dry mouth and bitter mouth,The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The treatment group also had advantages in the treatment of nausea,belching,acid regurgitation and heartburn.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of fretting and sighing.(4)Telephone follow-up for 2 months after treatment,the data showed that the relapse rate in the treatment group was16.67%,moshabili control group relapse rate was 42.86%,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).It was indicated that in terms of long-term curative effect,the method of gas inflation had advantages over the control group.(5)There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during the medication period,They can take medicine in full according to the course of treatment,and there is no significant change before and after the treatment of related auxiliary examinations.Conclusion Liqi Xiaozhang Decoction has advantages on improvement of single symptoms such as epigastric distention or pain,bilateral fullness,dry mouth and bitter mouth about functional dyspepsia of Liver-Stomach Disharmony.It can coordinate the balance between stomach,liver and spleen and alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.It has high safety and clinical popularization value.
