| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on patients with functional dyspepsia of liver and stomach disharmony and blood stasis type. Methods:In this study,84 patients with functional dyspepsia of liver and stomach disharmony and blood stasis type were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by randomized control method, each including 42 cases. The experimental group was given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, while the control group was given trimebutine maleate, which lasted 4 weeks. The outcome indexes were clinical symptom total score, single clinical symptom score,TCM syndrome total score, single TCM syndrome score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score. The main efficacy evaluation indexes was the total effective rate of clinical symptoms, the secondary efficacy evaluation indexes included the total effective rate of TCM symptoms, the disappearance rate of single clinical symptoms, the distribution of therapeutic effect of single TCM symptoms, and the improvement of anxiety and depression.SPSS22.0 software was applied for statistical analysis. Results:In this study,a total of 82 patients were enrolled except two shedding cases.42 patients in experimental group,40 patients in control group, except 2 cases of abscission. The results are as follows:(I)Comparison of clinical symptom total effective rate and total score The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the experimental group and the control group were 80.95% and 60.00%,indicating the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical symptom score of both the experimental group and the control group decreased gradually with the increase of treatment time. Thus, there was no statistical significance in the total clinical symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).(II)Comparison of single clinical symptom score and disappearance rate After treatment, dyspepsia scores of all clinical symptoms were reduced in both groups.Except for "vomiting",scores of other single symptoms before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The disappearance rate of "middle and upper abdominal pain" in experimental group was 40.9%,which was better than 10.5%in control group(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the disappearance rate of other symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).(III)Comparison of total effective rate and total integral of TCM syndrome The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group and the control group were 85.71% and 55.00%,demonstrating the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms in both experimental and control groups decreased gradually with the increase of treatment time, and the total scores of TCM symptoms in experimental group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).(IV)Comparison of single TCM syndrome score and curative effect In the experimental group, scores of other TCM symptoms were improved after treatment except "hiccup"(P<0.05).While in the control group, the scores of symptoms of "stomachache","stomach distention","belching","irritability","nausea and vomiting" were improved after treatment(P<0.05).The score comparison between groups showed that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in treating the symptoms of "stomachache","dilatation of the two sides","good breath","skin fault","dark and sluggish face" and "often aggravated by emotional factors"(P<0.05).(V)Comparison of scores of HAMA and HAMD After treatment,HAMA and HAMD scores in the experimental group were lower than before(P<0.05).Besides,after treatment the anxiety degree and depression degreee of the experimental group were lower than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome of liver and stomach disharmony and blood stasis, and there is a certain effect of the negative emotions such as anxiety or depression. Therefore,it is worthy for further popularization and application in clinical treatment. |
