The Clinical Observation Of Treating Chronic Heart Failure Of Cardiopulmonary Qi Decline Syndrome With The Treatment Of Yuan Mingzhong's Yi Qi Qiang Xin Decoction

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of using Yuan Mingzhong's Yi Qi Qiang Xin Decoction to treat patients with chronic heart failure of cardiopulmonary qi-decline syndrome.Explore the mechanism of how this decoction effects the integral of TCM syndrome and each single symptom,heart function classification,6 minute walking test,the level of the B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),which offers reliable clinical basis for its development and application.Methods:Using the Random number table method,divide 62 enrolled patients into the experimental group(31 cases)and the control group(31 cases)randomly according to the visiting order.The two groups are comparable in the age,gender,course of disease,the integral of TCM syndrome,each single symptom,heart function classification,6 minute walking test and other aspects.Treat both groups with standard western medicines for 4 weeks,and the experimental group shall take Yuan Mingzhong's Yi Qi Qiang Xin Decoction besides.Record and compare the changes between the two groups in the integral of TCM syndrome,each single symptom,BNP,LVEF,the heart function and 6MWT aspects.Results:Compared before and after treatment,the two groups were significantly improved in the integral of TCM syndrome,each single symptom,heart function classification,6MWT,BNP and LVEF levels.And experimental group were significantly better than that control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).In the clinical application of Yi Qi Qiang Xin decoction process,no adverse reaction was found.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of cardiopulmonary qi-decline syndrome,Yuan Mingzhong's Yi Qi Qiang Xin decoction has exact effect on the TCM clinical symptoms,such as the shortness of breath,fatigue,upper and lower extremity edema,oliguria,spontaneous sweating etc.And it also can significantly increase the 6MWT distance,reduce the level of BNP,increase the level of LVEF and improve the heart function.
