| Aim: To explore effect of Yi Qi Qiang Xin Yin on Calcium-Sensing Receptor(Ca SR)expression in rats myocardial cell;It maybe inhibits the myocardial cell apoptosis through regulating Ca SR expression that therapy of heart failure?Method: Establishing heart failure model of rats through improved operation method for abdominal aorta coarctation,evaluating the result of modeling through the ultrasonic cardiogram after 5 weeks.Sham-operated group has no change,operated group is divided randomly into 3 groups :model group?Chinese herbs group?western medicine group.Giving gavage for 8 weeks,extracting the myocardium of left ventricle,then observe the expression of Ca SR and the apoptotic index(AI)of myocardial cells?Result: 1.Success rate of model is 63.3%(38),death rate is 16.7%(10)? 2.Western blot of Ca SR: Sham-operated group compared with model group?Chinese herbs group?western medicine group,P<0.05;Model group compared with Chinese herbs group?western medicine group,P<0.05;Chinese herbs group compared with western medicine group.P>0.05;Ca SR expression level of model group is the highest,The second are Chinese herbs group and western medicine group,the lowest is sham-operated group? 3.TUNEL: AI of model group is the highest,The second are Chinese herbs group and western medicine group,the lowest is sham-operated group? 4.According to the Ca SR expression level and AI,get the correlation coefficient of correlation analysis:R=0.877,P<0.05?Conclusion: 1.Improved operation method for abdominal aorta coarctation is effective and safe? 2.Yi Qi Qiang Xin Yin could down regulates Ca SR expression of heart falure rats? 3.A positive correlation between Ca SR expression of heart falure rats and apoptosis of myocardial cells? 4.Yi Qi Qiang Xin Yin could inhibit myocardial apoptosis through down regulateing Ca SR expression,then treat the heart failure?... |
