Objective:(1)To understand the status of matermal growth after trauma in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.(2)To analyze the influencing factors of parents' post-traumatic growth in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods:(1)This study is a cross-sectional investigation. Two Grade 3A hospitals were selected from all the third Class A Hospitals in Changsha by random sampling method. From April 1 to October 31,2017,mothers of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ARL)who met the exclusion criteria for hospitalization chemotherapy were selected as the subjects of the study. The general situation questionnaire was used to assess posttraumatic growth. The simple coping style scale and the Psychological elasticity scale were used to investigate the subjects.(2)The frequency of counting data was used in the general data of children and their parents.Percentage and mean ±standard deviation were used to describe the statistical data. The children's parents'post-traumatic growth, coping style and scores of resilience were used. The number ±standard deviation was statistically described. The relationship between parents' coping style, resilience and post-traumatic growth was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. The parents,post-traumatic growth was regarded as dependent variable and other related factors as independent variables. To investigate the effect of multiple stepwise regression on the growth of children's parents after trauma.Results:(1)In this study,200 questionnaires were sent out,and 180 valid questionnaires were retuUmed after eliminating invalid questionnaires. The effective recovery rate was 90.(2)In this study,122 boys and 58 girls were found to have 67.78 and 32.22 respectively.(3)The total score of posttraumatic growth of the mother was(62.51±3.63),in which the average scores of appreciation dimension and mental change dimension of life were higher, which were(3.96±0.45)and(3.84±0.49),respectively.The mean score of the new possibility dimension was the lowest(2.19 ±0.34).The dimension of personal strength enhancement was(2.84±0.34),and the improvement of interpersonal relationship was(2.94±0.23).(4)The score of positive coping was(25.17± 2.47),the items were evenly divided into(2.10± 0.21)points,the score of passive coping was(10.24±2.01),and the items were equally divided into(1.28±0.25)points.(5)The total score of mental elasticity of mothers with acute lymphoblastic leukemia was(52.99±4.23),among which the toughness was(2.76±0.22),the strength was(1.98±0.27),and the optimismwas(2.02±0.39).(6)There was significant difference between positive coping and resilience and posttraumatic growth(p<0.05).(7)In univariate analysis of post-traumatic growth of mothers of acute lymphoid children, the course of disease, the age and educational level of mothers with acute lymphoid disease were significantly different from those of their post-traumatic growth(p<0.05).(8)Multiple regression analysis showed that the course of disease was the only child, the severity of the disease, positive coping and psychological resilience into the regression equation.Conclusion:(1)The parents of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)had a certain post-traumatic growth in the course of caring for their children;(2)The coping style of the mother was mainly positive coping, and the level of psychological flexibility was low.(3)The course of disease, whether the child is an only child, the severity of the disease, positive coping and psychological resilience are the main factors affecting the child's mother's post-traumatic growth.
