Xinyuan Capsules For Stable Angina(Blood Stasis Type) Clinical Study Of The Influence Of Blood Lipids On Patients

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xinyuan Capsule in patients with stable angina pectoris(heart-blood stasis type),and to provide sufficient evidence for the treatment of stable angina pectoris(blood stagnation type)with dyslipidemia in Xinyuan capsules.Methods:A total of 40 cases were included in this clinical study.The cases were all from the outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to December 2017.The patients were between the ages of 30 and 70.The gender was not.Limit,TCM diagnosed as stable angina(blood stasis type)with dyslipidemia patients,the patients were treated with Xinyuan capsules 4 capsules/time,3 times per day.Taking medication for 8 weeks.Record TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,nitroglycerin stoppage rate,changes in blood lipids,and safety indicators such as body temperature,pulse,respiration,blood pressure,heart rate,liver and kidney function tests,and adverse events(recorded at any time in detail).The data of the patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed using IBM SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results:1.Changes in TCM syndrome scores:Compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome total scores and individual scores after treatment were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The change rate of nitroglycerin stoppage rate:Compared with before treatment,the nitroglycerin stoppage rate of patients after treatment was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Changes in blood lipids:Compared with before treatment,the degree of blood lipid decrease was significant after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xinyuan Capsule can improve the performance of TCM syndromes in patients with stable angina(blood stasis type).2.Xinyuan Capsule can increase the nitroglycerin stoppage rate in patients with stable angina(blood stasis type).3.Xinyuan Capsule can reduce blood lipid levels in patients with stable angina(blood stasis type).
