Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Xinnaoshlutong Capsule

purpose:To observe the efficacy and safety of Xinnaoshutong capsule in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome).method:A total of 54 patients were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology,Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2014 to December 2015.The patients were divided into two groups according to the randomized double-blind parallel control group and the control group.The The experimental group of basic treatment plus Xinnaoshutong capsule(Jilin Aodong Taonan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.production);the control group based on the treatment of heart brain Shu Tong capsule simulant,treatment for 8 weeks.Before and after the test,the scores of angina pectoris,TCM syndromes,nitroglycerin use,electrocardiogram,electrocardiogram exercise test,laboratory physical and chemical examination and adverse events were recorded.Data analysis using software Spss17.0.result:1.The efficacy of angina pectoris:the total effective rate of the test group was 70.83%;the total effective rate of the control group was 40.74%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.2.The electrocardiogram efficacy:the total effective rate of the test group was 58.33%;the total effective rate of the control group was 25.93%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the test group was higher than that in the control group.3.The evaluation rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome:the total effective rate of the test group was 91.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 48.15%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The test group was significantly better than the control group.4.The rate of nitroglycerin was 83.33%in the experimental group and 55.56%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the test group was significantly better than the control group.5.Exercise time:exercise group after exercise than the control group to extend the time.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but the experimental group was better than the treatment group.6.There were no significant differences in blood and urine,liver,kidney function and blood lipids in the four groups before and after treatment for 4 weeks,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)Changes,non-toxic side effects,no serious adverse reactions occur.in conclusion:1.Xinnaoshutong capsule can effectively reduce the number of angina pectoris,reduce the degree of pain,improve TCM symptoms,improve the quality of life.2.Xinnaoshutong capsule can correct the abnormal ECG ischemic state.3.Xinnaoshutong capsule on the exercise time is not obvious.4.Xinnaoshutong capsule with safety.
