| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of QIZHI CAPSULE on the disease of coronary heart disease(CHD)stable angina pectoris with the syndrome of blood stasis due to QI deficiency,to probe its mechanism of action and on serum lipids.Methods:the cases were selected from March 2009-March 2010 Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of cardiovascular outpatients treated in the third subject,960 complete data outpatients of CHD angina of grade were chosen,and divided randomly into treatment group(n=30),TongXinLuo Capsule control group(n=30);The two groups were given Aspirin 0.1g Qnpo, Betaloc 25mg bidpo,The treatment group was given QI ZHI CAPSULE 3capsules,tidpo; The control group was given Tongxinluo Capsule,3 capsules tidpdo。When Angina attack 0.5mg sublingual nitroglycerin was given to the patient.The two courses of treatment were both 4 weeksThe clinical efficacy of the two groups were observedResults:1.Comparison of angina before and after treatment to improve the situation:in treatment group is 93.33%, the Control group is 86.67%, no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The Significant efficiency about the improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome in treatment group is 90.00%, the Control group is 83.33%, no significant difference (P>0.05).3.The efficient about the improvement of ECG in treatment group is 76.67%, the Control group is 73.33%, no significant difference (P>0.05).4.Lipids before and after treatment compared to the situation: Two lipid check, Before and after treatment in the treatment group, There was significant difference(P<0.05);Before and after treatment in the other group,There was no significant difference (P>0.05),Conclusion:The Chinese formulated products "QiZhi Capsule" has fine benefit in promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and it is effective on chest impediment(blood stasis due to qi deficiency).It has better treatment to stable angina pectoris of Coronary heart disease,it could lower serum lipids. |
