| Objective:To explore the mechanism and therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huayu Capsule in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stable angina pectoris, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the medication treatment and prevention.Methods:60 cases of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type stable angina were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine therapy and the experimental group was treated with western medicine therapy and Yiqi Huayu Capsule. Treatment for 4 weeks, clinical, ECG changes and related laboratory parameters were observed before and after treatment.Results:1. Comparison of curative effect of angina pectoris: the total effective rate was 83.3% in the test group better than the control group 70%(P<0.05). 2.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms: In the improvement of chest pain, palpitations, tired body fatigue and other symptoms of experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).3. ECG efficacy: the total effective rate was 80.0% in the test group,better than the control group 56.7%(P<0.05).4. The experimental group was superior than the control group in the improvement of, myocardial ischemia load, blood rheology, blood lipids and inflammatory factor( hs-CRP).Conclusion:The results of this study indicate that Yiqi Huayu Capsule on stable angina with qi deficiency and blood stasis type has significant clinical efficacy. It can relieve the main symptoms such as chest pain and improve the quality of life of the patients. It can protect vascular endothelial function by regulate blood lipid, improve the blood rheology, fight inflammation of multiple. Therefore, Yiqi Huayu Capsule provides a new idea and method for the medication treatment and prevention. |
