Clinical Observation On Recovery Of Balance Function Of The Core Muscle Group Of Lumbar Back After Stroke By Governor Tank Method

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of Modified Er Dong Decoction on young people suffering from Deficiency in QI and Yin combined with idiopathic premature ventricular contraction in blood stasis type.Method:A self-control study was conducted.Sixty young patients between the ages of 25 and 44 who were clinically diagnosed with idiopathic premature ventricular contraction and palpitation as well as Deficiency of Qi and Yin combined with blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine are enrolled.They all recieved treatments in the Outpatient and Inpatient Department of Cardiology:The First Affiliated Hospital of Hei Long Jiang Univerisity of medicine.The primary object is to observe the patients' Chinese medical symptoms,heart rate turbulence(HRT),heart rate variability(HRV)and the amount of PVCs in dynamic electrocardiogram before and after having Modified Er Dong Decoction.All the patients take 150ml decoction while warm twice a day.To observe the patients' Chinese medicine symptoms before and 4 weeks later,the amount of PVCs average heart rate,HRT(TO TS),HRV(SDNN TP LF)in dynamic electrocardiogram,through the statistics which were analyzed by software SPSS 22.0.Results:1.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndromes:The item symtom integral and the total integral of TCM both decreased obviously,which has statistical significance.The total effective rate of TCM is The improvements of TCM item symtom:the effective rates of palpitation,oppression in the chest,shortness of breath,dysphoria,insomnia,feverish palms and soles,fatigue and cyanosis lips and nail are respectively.2.The amount of dynamic electrocardiogram decreased(p<0.05)after taking drugs while the average heart rate remained stable within 24 hours before and after the therapy(p>0.05).3.Patients' general functions of autonomic nerves were improved and the absolute values of HRV(SDNN TP LF)and HRT(TO TS)increased dramatically after the therapy.The differences were labelled with statistical meanings.Conclusion:Er Dong Decoction made clinical effectiveness to some extent in treating young people with idiopathic premature ventricular contraction,which belong to a type of palpitation combined deficiency in Qi and Yin with blood stasis.The decoction could relievethe clinical symptoms.Reducing the rate of premature beats,having minor influence on the average heart rate in 24 hours.The risk of arrhythmia declined through the way of adjusting the general functions of autonomic nerves.
