Study On The Rules In Drug Usages Of Professor Zhou Yabin In Treating Bradyarrhythmia

Objective:Using statistical software SPSS22.0,frequency analysis and cluster analysis,study on the prescription and medication of Professor Zhou Yabin in treating brady arrhythmia,summarizes the characteristics of the medicine used by professor zhou yabin for the treatment of brady arrhythmia,to provide reference for the treatment of brady arrhythmia.Methods:Collect and Screen the outpatient cases of the first affiliated hospital of HeiLongJiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to September 2017,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,108 cases were selected,record the cases information into the medical record collection system and establish the database.SPSS2 2.0 statistical software was used to analyze the prescription drugs by frequency analysis and cluster analysis,to summarize the medical characteristics of professor zhou yabin for this disease.Results:In the 108 cases of patients with chronic arrhythmia,120 drugs involved,total frequency 2449 times;There are 36 drugs with a frequency of more than 15 times,and the cumulative frequency is 85.06%,which is a common medicine for the treatment of chronic arrhythmia.Tonic drugs,Diaphoretic drugs,drugs for invigorating blood circulation and interior-warming drug are the main drug categories for the treatment of chronic arrhythmia,total frequency of these four drugs is 63.25%.Warm drugs and mild chinese medicine are major drug categories,the cumulative frequency is up to 71.70%.The medicine of sweet,acrid and bitter in taste are used frequently.Spleen meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian and stomach meridian are the main drugs meridian for the treatment of chronic arrhythmia.8 kinds of medicine pair and 4 kinds of pharmaceutical composition were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.Astragalus membranaceus,bighead atractylodes rhizome,codonopsis pilosula,poria cocos,asarum,platycodon grandiflorum,rhizoma cassia twig,muncured,ginseng,the root of red-rooted salvia,ephedra,poria with hostwood,cimicifugae foetidae,peach kernel,ligusticum wallichii,flowers carthami,pseudo-ginseng,pinellia ternata,angelica sinensis are the main drugs for the treatment of chronic arrhythmia.2.Tonic drugs,Diaphoretic drugs,Blood-quickening Stasis-transforming medicinal and Interior-warming drug are the main drug category for the treat-ment of chronic arrhythmia.3.Warm and Mild;Sweet,Acrid and Bitter;Spleen meridian,Lung meridian,Heart meridian,Liver meridian,Stomach meridian are the main taste and channel tropism of drugs to treat chronic arrhythmia.4.Benefiting Qi and raising Yang,promoting circulation and removing stasis,nourish the heart to tranquilize,are the main treatments of Professor zhou yabin in treating brady arrhythmia.
