The Observation In The Treatment Of Brady Arrhythmias With Sijunzi Decoction Combined With Shengmai Decoction

Objective: Through the observation of the treatment in brady arrhythmias with Sijunzi decoction combined with Shengmai Decoction,exploring and analyzing the mechanism,to find out reasonable prescription for its application and spread.Methods: From June 2014 to December in 2015,collected 30 outpatient and inpatient patients in Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine,who meet the bradycardia diagnostic criteria( " modern cardiology " "clinical electrocardiography" and " Chinese traditional medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles " diagnostic criteria).On the basis of the treatment of basic diseases, with Sijunzi decoction combined with Shengmai Decoction to treat brady arrhythmias, the decoction of herbal medicine were completed in decoction room,took the prescription drug two times a day,200 ml each time,the course of treatment were four weeks, followed up two weeks, before and after the treatment,we observed and analysed the following indicators: average heart rate, RR interval that greater than the number of 2000 ms and the longest duration, the number of arrhythmia in 24 hours, TCM syndrome integral and biochemical index.Result: In this group,compared with average heart rate in 24-hour Holter before treatment, the average heart rate was significantly increased(p<0.01), and the slowest heart rate, the fastest heart rate were also higher than before(p<0.05). The times of long R-R interval in 24-hour Holter had decreased after treatment(p<0.05), and the duration of the longest R-R interval was far more shorter than before.(p<0.05). The frequency of supraventricular premature beats,premature ventricular contractions and the total number of premature were significantly reduced(p<0.01).After treatment,TCM symdrome scores decreased significantly than before(p<0.01).All patients medication compliance were high, the treatment was not interrupted in the course of treatment because of serious adverse reactions, before and after the treatment,the blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function and many other laboratory examinations were in normal range and had no obvious abnormal changes.Conclusion: Apply Sijunzi decoction combined with Shengmai Decoction to treat brady arrhythmias could effectively raise the average heart rate, improve the conduction block, reduce the TCM syndrome integral, thus improve survival rate and quality of life of patients. During and after the course,there did not have significant arrhythmogenic and other side effects because of the treatment.
