Efficacy Of Early And Mid-term Nutrititional Support Therapy For Diabetic Nephropathy Based On Renal

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Radix Radix Radix Radix Granule in the early and middle stages of nutritional support for diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:60 patients were selected according to the incorporation standard and the case analysis and diagnosis standard,then divided into two groups.The control group was the basic treatment group.The experimental group was the grass flower clover granule treatment group.After 2 months of treatment,the curative effects were evaluated by the syndromic scale integral,the subjective nutrition assessment(SGA)and the related nutrition index.Treatment group:To the basic treatment of Western medicine,according to the disease combined with lowering blood pressure,lowering blood sugar,correcting anemia,anti-infection,lowering fat,diuresis,calcium and phosphorus and vitamin supplement treatment;For diabetic nephropathy diet: low sugar,high quality protein diet.Control group:Give basic treatment and add 2 packets of grass covered pellet(specification: 1 package 15g;Usage: morning and evening each one bag.(Grass flowers covered basin granules provided by Shanxi Suo Gao Hong Flower Health Food.Treatment:2 months for clinical observation.Results:1.The serum indexes of renal function test BUN,Scr,Cys C were lower than patients in the control group,the level of GFR is higher than that of control group;serum GFR level and renal function in the patients of the two groups that there was a significant difference in SCr and Cys C content(P<0.05),the difference in BUN content has no statistical significance The nutritional indexes of HGB,ALB,PA and TF were higher than those of the control group.2.HGB,ALB,PA nutrition index,the content of TF was higher than patients in the control group,SGA,MAMC and TSF were higher than that in the control group;the two groups had statistical significance in patients with serum ALB,PA,TF,SGA and HGB MAMC,TSF(P<0.05),differences in the level of HGB,MAMC,TSF level difference was statistically significant.3.Inflammation and renal fibrosis cytokine index TNF-alpha kappa B,IFN-,NF-,IL-10,IL-4 and TGF-gamma beta 1,FN level lower than that of the control group;the two groups had statistical significance in serum of patients with micro inflammatory factor and renal fibrosis index,cell NF-kappa B,IFN-y,IL-4(P<0.05),differences in the content of TNF-alpha TGF-,FN,IL-10 content of beta 1,no difference was statistically significant;4.The serum amino acids of Asp,Glu,Leu and Gly valine serine and isoleucine tyrosine were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group.The difference of serum amino acids between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Grass flower covered basin granulated adjuvant therapy can improve renal function,nutritional index and some amino acid content of early DN patients,and can regulate renal inflammatory reaction,renal fibrosis and immune function.
