Effect Observation Of Ziyin Yishen Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi-yin Deficiency Type Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3

ObjectivesTo observe the clinical effect of ziyin yishen decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with deficiency of qi and Yin,and to explore its mechanism.methodsA total of 76 patients were selected from the 2nd department of comprehensive nephrology and inpatient department of nephrology department of wuhan central hospital on March 1,2018 and February28,2019.According to the number of admission time,64 patients who passed the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group of 32 patients(routine western medicine treatment of berprostrine tablets and compound ketoacid tablets)and the experimental group of 32 patients(routine western medicine combined with yiyin kidney-nourishing decoction treatment)according to the random number table.The treatment course is 8weeks.Before and after treatment,the subjects were graded on TCMsyndromes and evaluated on clinical comprehensive efficacy.The changes of urinary red blood cell count,24-hour urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine and glomerular filtration rate before and after treatment were compared.Ecg and three routine changes were monitored before and after treatment to compare their safety.All collected data were processed by SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software.result1.In terms of improving the symptoms of patients,both the control group and the treatmental group decreased,but the score of TCM symptoms in the treatmental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.2.In terms of improving the effective rate of TCM symptoms,the effective rate of the control group was 56.7%,and the effective rate of the treatmental group was 83.3%.The treatmental group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rate in the control group was50%,and that in the treatmental group was 73.3%.The effective rate in the treatmental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the main symptoms of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,such as complexion of less hua,less qi,lumbago,sore throat and other symptoms improvement,the treatment group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.In terms of the improvement of secondary symptoms,the treatment group showed significant improvement in the symptoms ofdry mouth and pharynx(P < 0.05),but the improvement in the symptoms of bitter mouth,sticky mouth and dry stool knot was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).5.For the comparison of 24-hour urinary protein quantification before and after treatment,the 24 h urinary protein quantification after treatment in the treatmental group were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the treatmental group was significantly better than that of the control group since the 4w(P<0.05).6Compared with serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels before and after treatment,serum creatinine in the treatment group decreased significantly before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in urea nitrogen and no difference in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the control group(P >,0.05).There was no significant difference in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).7.Comparison of glomerular filtration rate between the two groups before and after treatment showed small fluctuation of GFR in both groups,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GFR before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).8.During the whole observation process,no adverse reactions were found in the two groups,and the vital signs were stable.No abnormalities were found in the three routine procedures and electrocardiogram.conclusionIn the treatment of stage 3 patients with chronic kidney disease with deficiency of qi-yin and qi-yin combined with modern medicine,ziyin yishen decoction can remove toxins from the blood,reduce protein leakage,delay the progressive decline of renal function,significantly improve the symptoms of the patients,and play a good role in the long-term prognosis of the patients.
