| Objective:By observing the liver qi stagnation type of uterine myoma clinical curative effect,observe the clinical efficacy of thyroid nodules,hyperplasia of mammary glands,and chronic cholecystitis respectively in order to achieve the goal of treating different diseases with the same treatment,and to further study uterine myoma.The correlation with thyroid nodules,hyperplasia of mammary glands,and chronic cholecystitis provides a clinical basis.Methods:Thirty-two patients with uterine myoma who met the inclusion criteria were selected and treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill and Modified Xiaoyao Powder.After 3 months as a course of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.The clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment were significantly improved.Among 32 patients,1 case was cured,4 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,6:cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 81.25%.2.B-ultrasonic analysis:Before and after treatment,the size of uterine myoma and breast mass was significantly reduced.Statistical analysis showed significant differences(P<0.05).The maximal diameter of thyroid nodules was reduced.However,statistical analysis showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Chronic cholecystitis have also eased.Conclusion:The four diseases involved in this study have the same etiology and pathogenesis in terms of the pathogenesis of TCM,and the core is liver qi stagnation.Based on this theoretical basis,Guizhi Fuling Pill and Jiawei Xiaoyao San are used to treat patients with uterine myoma and obtain significant clinical curative effect.At the same time,it is found that patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands or thyroid nodules and chronic cholecystitis have different degrees of relief,which indicates that the treatment of the liver has achieved good curative effect,which accorded with the principle of treating the same disease with different methods. |
