Clinical Observation On Threatened Abortion Of Kidney Deficiency Type Treated By Zi Shen Yu Tai Pill

Objective:By observing the improvement of the symptoms of Zishenyutai pills taken by patients with kidney-threatening threatened abortion,the clinical efficacy of Zishenyutai pills in the treatment of this disease was analyzed,and a more concise and effective treatment plan for clinical treatment of threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type was provided.Method:Collected from October 2016 to December 2017 in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients met the diagnostic criteria for kidney-threatening threatened abortion,and administered 5 g of Zishenyutai pill once orally 3 times a day.Serve with light salt water or honey water,taking medication for 7 days as a course of treatment,and then serving for 3 weeks,comparing the degree of improvement of clinical symptoms and scores of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment with patients and serum?-HCG,progesterone,and female The change in diol value compares the symptoms.Results:1.After treatment of 60 patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type,TCM symptoms recovered 25.00%,markedly ef'fective 33.33%,effective 33.33%,invalid 8.33%,and total effective rate 91.67%.2.60 patients with threatened abortion after kidney deficiency were treated,the comprehensive efficacy evaluation showed that recovery was 30.00%.markedly effective 36.67%,effective 25%,invalid 8.33%,total effective rate 91.67%.3.Compared with the symptom scores of TCM syndromes in 60 patients with threatened abortion after kidney deficiency,the results showed that taking Zishenyutai Pills can greatly reduce TCM symptom scores(P<0.01).4.Serum ?-HCG,progesterone,and estradiol levels increased significantly in 60 patients with threatened abortion after kidney deficiency,and there was a significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.01).5.There were no significant differences in clinical comprehensive curative effect of 60 patients with threatened abortions of kidney deficiency type who had different ages,gestational weeks,spontaneous abortion history after drug intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Zishenyutai Pills for the treatment of patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type can effectively reduce the time and amount of bleeding,so that the clinical symptoms such as back pain,lower abdominal pain,sore knees,dizziness and tinnitus can be relieved or disappeared.The total effective rate is 91.67%.2.Zishenyutai Pills can effectively improve the serum ?-HCG,progesterone and estradiol levels in patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type.
