| Objective:Summing up the clinical curative effect of Wang Guanghui, MD, director of the academic thought and clinical experience and observe Antai pill in the treatment of kidney deficiency type of early threatened abortion, and to explore its mechanism.Methods: one is by learning with the teacher to collect summary of the teacher’s papers, books, and clinical cases, two is incorporated into the 60 cases of kidney deficiency type of early threatened abortion patients, were randomly divided into the treatment group(taking the Antai pill) and control group(oral dydrogesterone tablets). The changes of clinical symptoms, serum E2,-HCG, P and B ultrasound monitoring in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 91.66% in treatment group and 71.33% in control group(), which had significant difference(P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly improved in clinical symptoms and the observation index, which was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conelusions: Wang Guanghui teacher academic thoughts: importance of classical, advocating classical prescription; synthesis of the four diagnostic methods, skilled in interrogation; age on the treatment, pay attention to liver, spleen and kidney; clinical focus on Regulating Qi and blood; sincerely participate in the west, improve the efficacy; cutting prescription, innovative forms. Wang Guanghui teacher main clinical experience: treating uterine bleeding, focusing on clarifying the source; three phase therapy in the treatment of habitual abortion; treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, wet weight, heat, blood stasis; cycle therapy treatment anovulatory infertility. Antai Pill on kidney deficiency of early threatened abortion has better clinical efficacy, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, increase serum E2, P and h CG level, it is worth further promotion and application. |
