Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan Joint Cefdinir On The Treatment Of Perinanl Abscess(Toxic Heat Accumulation Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan joint Cefdinir on the treatment of perinanl abscess(toxic heat accumulation type).Methods:Select into standard diseases with perinanl abscess(toxic heat accumulation type)patient 90 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 1,control group 2 three groups,each group 30 cases.Fall off in 6 cases,treatment process actually completed research observation of 84 patients(treatment group:29 cases,control group 1:27 cases,control group 2:28 cases).The treatment group given Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan joint Cefdinir;the control group 1 given Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan;the control group 2 given Cefdinir.We take 7 days for one period,and evaluate according to observing the local pain,the size and the texture of the tumor,and the patients' systemic symotom.Results:After 1 courses of treatment,the changes as follows:(1)The integral calculus of symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group was refined notably(P<0.05),whereas the control group 2 were not changed obviously(P>0.05)except the integral calculus of pain and the characteristics of the masses.(2)There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 or 2,and there is no significant difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2.(3)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21%,having statistic significance than total effectiveness 62.96%and 57.14%of the control group 1 and 2.Conclusion:(1)Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan joint Cefdinir was used is an effective method for treatment of perinanl abscess(toxic heat accumulation type).(2)Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan joint Cefdinir can significantly improve patients with the scores of the local pain,the size and the texture of the tumor,and the patients' systemic symotom,better than simple oral Wu Gong Tuo Du Wan,also is better than that of pure oral Cefdinir.
