Effect Of Xuanbaichengqi Decoction On Cough After Phlegm Heat Stagnation Pulmonary Type Infection And Its Effect On Phlegm SP

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of xuanbaichengqi decoction plus flavor on the treatment of post-cold cough of phlegm heat stagnation lung type and its effect on phlegm SP.Methods:To 60 patients with phlegm heat type yu lung infection after cough by random grouping is divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)and treatment group given XuanBaiCheng gas tonga taste treatment,control group given aspirin beauty(oxygen compound armor that Ming capsule)treatment.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of xuanbaichengqi decoction plus flavor in the treatment of cough after phlegm heat stagnation pulmonary type infection,and to observe the improvement of patients'symptoms and the change of sputum SP level before and after treatment.Results:1.Clinical efficacy observation:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups after comparison(P>0.05).2.XuanBaiCheng gas tonga taste of phlegm heat yu lung after a cold cough cough,sputum,dry mouth,yellow urine,stool dry conditions have improved significantly,especially dry to mouth,dry stool,urine yellow improvement is better than that of control group(P<0.05).3.Xuanbaichengqi decoction combined with flavor can reduce the sputum SP level of patients with cough after phlegm,heat,stagnation and lung type cold,with significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xuanbaichengqi decoction combined with flavor has remarkable curative effect on cough after phlegm heat stagnation lung type infection.2.Xuanbai chengqi decoction can reduce the content of phlegm SP in patients with cough after phlegm heat stagnation pulmonary type infection.3.Xuanbai chengqi decoction was used to treat cough after phlegm heat stagnation lung type infection without adverse reaction.
