ObjectiveAccording to the difference of the same aerobic exercise time of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy, the cancer fatigue scale was used to evaluate the patients with breast cancer chemotherapy,to understand the cancer-related fatigue status and to find out the best aerobic exercise duration. To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise for different duration on cancer-related fatigue, anxiety, depression and sleep in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.MethodsThis study was a prospective cohort study.A convenient sampling method was adopted to select 30 cases of breast cancer hospitalized in a three a hospital in Wuhan from January 2017 to October 2017.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,30 cases were selected as the subjects. The subjects were divided into three groups according to their daily aerobic exercise time after chemotherapy, with 10 cases in each group,of which the each exercise duration 15~30 minutes was named the first group, the second group was named in 30~45 minutes, and the third group was named after 45~60 minutes.During the 8 weeks of follow-up,the general data of the subjects were collected through questionnaires, and cancer related fatigue, anxiety, depression and sleep. The equalization of baseline data of the three groups was analyzed by Fisher's exact test and One-Way ANOVA.Analysis of the factors influencing cancer of breast cancer chemotherapy by One-Way ANOVA,independent sample T test,LSD-t test,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Analysis of different duration of aerobic exercise on breast cancer chemotherapy patients with cancer-related fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep condition the influence of the Paired-sample T test,One-Way ANOVA and SNK-q test.Results1.Status of main baseline data in study subjects(1)Study subjects status of cancer-related fatigueThe total score of cancer-related fatigue in 30 subjects was 33.37 ±6.31,the score of physical fatigue was 17.67 ±3.51,the score of emotional fatigue was 9.23 ±1.89,and the score of cognitive fatigue was 7.20 ±2.64,and the scores of physical fatigue were the highest.(2)Present status of anxiety, depression and sleep status of subjectsThe positive percentage of the 30 subjects was 83 %,the average score was 11.13± 3.41,the percentage of the depression was 77 %,the average score 10.67± 3.20,and the patients with sleep disorders accounted for 60 %,and the average score was 7.70 ±5.23 points.2.Analysis of influencing factors of cancer-related fatigueUnivariate analysis showed that childbearing, personality type, household work, appetite, anxiety, depression and sleep status were significantly correlated with overall fatigue or three dimensions of fatigue in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy. The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the total fatigue of the subjects were household work and sleep status.3.Effect analysis of three different duration aerobic exercise groups(1)Analysis of the results of cancer-related fatigueAfter 8 weeks of follow-up,the scores of total fatigue, physical fatigue and emotional fatigue in the three sports groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of total fatigue and physical fatigue in group 2 were lower than those in group 1and group 3(P<0.05).The scores of emotional fatigue in group 2 and group 3 were lower than those in group 1(P<0.05).Comparison of the status of carcinogenic fatigue in the three exercise groups: the total fatigue and its three dimension scores in group 2and group 3 were significantly lower than those before observation. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of somatic fatigue and emotional fatigue in group 1 were significantly higher than those before observation(P<0.05).(2)Analysis of the results of anxiety and depressionAfter 8 weeks of follow-up,the scores of anxiety and depression in the three exercise groups were significantly different(P<0.01).The scores of anxiety and depression in group 1 were significantly higher than those in group 2 and group 3(P<0.05).Comparison of anxiety and depression in three exercise groups: the scores of anxiety and depression in group 2 and group 3 were significantly lower than those before observation, and the degree of anxiety and depression in group 1 was the smallest(P<0.05).(3)Analysis of sleep statusAfter 8 weeks of follow-up,there was a significant difference in the scores of sleep status among the three exercise groups(P<0.01).The scores of sleep status in group 1were higher than those in group 2 and group 3,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of sleep status before and after exercise in three exercise groups: the scores of sleep status in group 2 and group 3 were significantly lower than those before observation(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Breast cancer chemotherapy patients have the most obvious fatigue physical fatigue, there is a certain degree of anxiety, depression and poor sleep quality.2.The frequency of housework and the sleep condition are the factors affecting the cancer-related fatigue of the patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.3.Walking can relieve and improve cancer related fatigue, anxiety and depression, sleep status in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy, but the effect is related to the duration of exercise. The effects of walking for different duration on cancer related fatigue, anxiety and depression, and sleep status in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy were different. The duration of exercise lasted 30 to 45 minutes, which is the most significant for alleviating and improving the cancer related fatigue, anxiety, depression and sleep quality of breast cancer chemotherapy patients.
