Objective Cancer related fatigue(CRF) is the result of one of the most common breast cancer patients treated long-term is in nervous and pain of the supervisor experience. Research has shown that exercise can relieve the symptoms of cancer related fatigue in breast cancer, but its mechanism and motion scheme of concrete is not clear. In this experiment, through the establishment of rat model of breast cancer because of fatigue, exercise intervention with different duration of the motion detection, different duration of cancer-related fatigue(IL-6), interleukin-6, interleukin-1 beta(IL-1 beta) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF- alpha) effect in order to investigate the effect of different duration, the motion of the breast cancer CRF female rats, so as to provide the basis for the movement to CRF breast cancer treatment and nursing intervention.Methods This experiment use SD female rats were clean level of experimental animals, a total of 100, 8-9 weeks of age, the average weight of 170 g ~ 190 g. SD female rats were 100 clean level of experimental animals, to establish animal model of breast cancer-related fatigue, female mice were randomly divided into control group, fatigue, fatigue movement 15 minutes group, fatigue group exercise for 30 minutes, fatigue exercise group, 45 minutes fatigue group exercise 60 minutes. Compared with normal female of conventional breeding, fatigue and fatigue movement of four groups of female mice to 0.2 mlsubcutaneously SHZ-88 breast cancer cells in the abdominal wall of mammary gland, 4 after vaccination visible to the naked eye swelling after 1 week, 2 periodic table soft stars than chemotherapy drug therapy to complete the building. According to conventional breeding after fatigue group building, fatigue exercise four groups of experimental animal movement intervention as planned. All the experimental animals were weight and rat tail suspension test experiment;Fatigue, fatigue movement of four groups of female mice abdominal aorta in four weeks after the exercise intervention in blood, detecting serum IL-6, IL-1 beta and TNF- alpha level changes and statistical analysis.Results 1. Before building, fatigue, fatigue movement of four groups of female mice weight compared with the control group of female body weight(P > 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference; Fatigue, fatigue movement groups of female mice fatigue level compared with the control group of females, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). 2. After modeling, pre-exercise intervention group and the control group, tired, tired sports suspension compare four experimental groups in the tail, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). 3. After exercise intervention group and four sports fatigue fatigue set in the tail suspension test of comparison: Sports 15 minutes rat tail group and tired group comparison were increased immobility time, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); movement 30 group were 45 minutes shorter than the tired group rat tail immobility time, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01); sports 60 minutes rat tail group and tired group comparison were increased immobility time, the difference was not statistically significance(P> 0.05). 4. After the exercise intervention, fatigue and fatigue sports four groups comparison group in the serum levels of IL-1β: Tired campaign group 15minutes and fatigue levels of IL-1β comparison group were significantly higher, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); sports 30, 45-minute group were lower than the fatigue level of IL-1β, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01); 60 minutes sports group and IL-1β levels of fatigue comparison group were significantly higher, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). 5. After the exercise intervention, fatigue and fatigue sports four groups comparison group in the serum levels of TNF-α: Tired campaign group 15 minutes and tired group TNF-α levels were relatively higher, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); sports 30, 45 minutes to set lower than the tired group TNF-α levels, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01); 60 minutes sports group and tired group TNF-α levels were relatively higher, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). 6. After the exercise intervention, fatigue and fatigue sports four groups comparison group in the serum levels of IL-6: 15 minutes fatigue campaign group and tired group IL-6 level was decreased, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); sports 30, 45 minutes to set higher levels of IL-6 than fatigue group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);-6 IL horizontal movement of the 60 minutes group and decreased fatigue group, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions 1. Breast cancer-related fatigue, fatigue exercise four animal models of rat tail suspension test in longer time than the control group struggle and struggle, breast cancer-related fatigue degree of animal models of fatigue than the control group of high degree of fatigue. 2. Through exercise intervention, which indicates that movement of the time in last 30 and 45 minutes to alleviate the effect of CRF is best, reduce cancer-related fatigue symptoms most obvious; Sports fatigue reduce the extentof the time is too short 15 minutes is not obvious, movement time is too long 60 minutes can increase the degree of fatigue. 3. In the exercise group, 30, 45 minutes IL-6 levels in serum increased with the increase of time, at the same time IL-1 beta, TNF- alpha levels in serum in the exercise group, 30, 45 minutes. So consider IL- 6 might be a potential alleviate the impact factor of breast cancer-related fatigue.
