Application Effect Observation Of Pentazocine In Laparoscopic Surgery Under General Anesthesia To Treat The Infertility

Objective : To compare the efficacy and adverse reactions of fentanyl,tramadol and pentazocine in laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia to treat the infertility,and to determine the effect of pentazocine in that laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia to treat the infertility can achieve the effect of postoperative sedation and analgesic effect,early postoperative recovery,rapid postoperative recovery,fewer adverse reactions of narcotic drugs,designed to choose more appropriate anesthesia applied and anaesthetic in this category surgery.Methods:90 female infertilities who were performed laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia,aged of 25-45 years old,weight of40-70 kg,ASA?-?,were randomly divided into three groups:propofol-refentanil Pentazocine(experimental group),propofol-remifentanil-fentanyl group(control group 1),propofol-remifentanil-tramadol group(control group 2),Each group of patients were 30 cases.Three groups were given propofol 2mg / kg.remifentanil 2ug / kg and Cisatracurium 0.15 mg / kg.three groups were given propofol 4-12 mg /(kg.h).remifentanil 0.15-0.2ug(kg.min).1-2% sevoflurane inhalation.Cisatracurium 0.1mg / kg / h for maintenance,maintain BIS between 40-60.Heart rate,blood pressure fluctuations in the basic value of 20%.PETCO2 control at35-45 mm Hg.At 30 minutes before surgery,control group 1 was given fentanyl 2ug / kg,control group 2 was given tramadol 1.5mg / kg.control group 3 were given petrolatumin 0.4mg / kg.In Postoperative anesthesia recovery room(PACU),observe the patients after the surgery.Observe recovery time(T1).extubation time(T2).three munites after extubation(T3).fifteen minutes after extubation(T4).thirty munites after extubation(T5).Ramsay score.VAS analgesia score(VAS).Respiratory depression,nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions anal exhaust after 24 h of the surgery.Result:1.Compared with the control group 1,the recovery time were earlier and the extubation time was earlier in the experimental group and the control group 2.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with control group 2,the sedation scores of ramsay in experimental group and control group 1 were higher at each time point,and the sedation effect was better,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Compared with control group 2,the experimental group and control group 1 had lower VAS pain score and better analgesic effect when three munites after extubation,with significant difference(P<0.05).4.Compared with control group 1,the incidence of respiratory depression in experimental group and control group 2 was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with control group 2,the incidence of nausea and vomiting in experimental group and control group 1 was lower,with significant difference(P <0.05).5.Compared with control group 1,the incidence of cold war in experimental group and control group 2 was lower,with significant difference(P<0.05).6.Compared with the control group 1,the experimental group and the control group 2.Happenning anal exhaust was earlier.the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of pentazocine in laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia to treat the infertilityhas the advantages are rapid recovery after operation,early postoperative extubation,good analgesic effect after sedation and few adverse reactions,it is beneficial to the patient's postoperative recovery,which is worth Clinical recommendation.
