Effect Of Electro-acupunctural Distal Acupoints On Analgesic Factors Of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Model's Rats Based On "Qi Shang Tong"

Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupunctural distal acupoints on analgesic factors of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy(CSR)model's rats,and to discuss its analgesic mechanism.Methods:60 SPF Wistar rats(250±20g)were randomly and equally divided into the blank,model,and electroacupuncture group(n=20/group).Except the blank group,put nylon fishing line into rats' C6-T1 nerve roots with operational method to simulate CSR model.Treat electroacupuncture group's rats with electroacupuncture at bilateral LR3 and LI4,20 minutes each time,once a day.Measure mechanical pain threshold of 3 groups of rats after 7-day-treatment.ELISA was used to detect IL-1?,IL-6 in spinal cord and nerve tissue,Real-Time PCR was used to detect IL-1?m RNA,IL-6m RNA.Results:(1)The pain sensory function test showed:Mechanical pain threshold of the model group significantly decreased than the blank group(p<0.05);electro-acupunture group significantly increased than model group(p<0.05).(2)The ELISA results showed:Compared with the blank group,contents of IL-1?,IL-6 in spinal cord and nerve tissue increased significantly in the model group(p <0.05).Compared with the model group,contents of IL-1?,IL-6 and IL-1?m RNA,IL-6m RNA decreased significantly in the electro-acupunctural group(p<0.05).(3)The RT-PCR results showed:Compared with the blank group,contents of IL-1?m RNA,IL-6m RNA in spinal cord and nerve tissue increased significantly in the model group(p <0.05).Compared with the model group,contents of IL-1?m RNA,IL-6m RNA decreased significantly in the electro-acupunctural group(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Electro-acupunctural on LR3 and LI4 has analgesic effect on CSR-model's rats.(2)Electro-acupunctural treatment in reducing pain may be due to decreasing contents of IL-1?,IL-6 and IL-1?m RNA and IL-6m RNA in rats' spinal cord and nerve tissue.
