The Improved Research About The Stimulating Policies For The Medical Staff Of S Coal Mine Hospital

Talents are necessary for the insurance of medical safety,the development of new technology and the smooth achievements of excellent service.Talents are also indispensable for the existence and development of a hospital.Meanwhile,talents play a key role for the social and economic effects of a hospital.It is no exception for a hospital of a state-owned enterprise.Attracting talents,keeping talents,cultivating talents and taking advantage of talents are the most important policies for S Coal Mine Hospital.Therefore,reasonable stimulating measures are just effective methods to achieve such kind of human resource management.Firstly,the theoretical part of this paper briefly explains some relative stimulating theories from the aspects of economy,behaviorism and eudemonics.Secondly,the author introduces the general condition about S Coal Mine Hospital and the current stimulating methods.Then,according to the current stimulating condition of the medical staff of S Coal Mine Hospital,the author gives an analysis and summary about some important stimulating methods which have had obvious effects on the medical staff.Finally,considering the above existing problems for stimulating measures,the author has made the following improved strategies,which mainly include the following aspects.Improve the stimulating methods for the performance of medical staff according to the theory of setting and managing goals.Improve the policies for salary management for the medical staff.Improve the policies for training and stimulating the medical staff.Improve the promotion and stimulating policy.Other stimulating policies for medical staff will also be improved.Meanwhile,this paper further explains the importance and necessity for the improvements of the stimulation for the medical staff of S Coal Mine Hospital.And it also proves the good effects after carrying out the improved stimulating strategies.
