Clinical Study On Treating Hand Spasm After Stroke With Acupuncture At The Shu-stream Acupoint Of Three Hand Yang Meridians

Objective:Objective evaluation was made on the clinical effect of acupuncture on finger flexion after stroke by comparing the improvement of MAS.FMA.ROM and CSS between acupuncture at the Shu-Stream acupoints of the three yang meridians of the hand and common acupuncture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke apoplexy who met the criteria of this study were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The two groups of patients were treated with basic treatment,and the control group was treated with common acupuncture treatment.The treatment group increased the acupuncture treatment of Sanjian(LI3),Zhongzhu(TE3)and Houxi(SI 3)on the basis of the control group.2 times a day was treated with acupuncture,and after 30 minutes after bring about the desired sensation.30 days after treatment,the MAS.FMA.ROM.CSS and clinical efficacy were evaluated by mathematical statistics and analysis in two groups of patients.Results:1.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the MAS.2.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the FMA.3.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the ROM.4.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the CSS.5.There was significant difference between the two groups in the clinical efficacy.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at the Shu-Stream acupoint of hand three Yang Meridian Points is better than the ordinary acupuncture group in improving muscle tone,motor function,the range of motion of the joints,neurological function and effective rate.2.Acupuncture at the Shu-Stream acupoint of hand three Yang Meridian Points has obvious clinical curative effect,convenient operation,small side effects and low treatment cost,and can be popularized in clinic.
