Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupoints Of Acupoints Treated With

Purpose:The effect on the clinical observation of post-stroke finger spasm with the therapy of five points penetration needling and shi-xuan points blood-letting.Material and method:Sixty qualified patients were equally randomized into two groups.The control group was given conventional drug therapy and acupuncture treatment(scalp acupuncture, eye acupuncture and body acupuncture). Treatment group on the basis of routine therapy, adding shi-xuan points blood-letting treatment(three times a week). Treatment cycles were 14 days. Through Fugl-meyer movement function evaluation(finger part), Brunnstrom movement function evaluation and emendatory Ashworth spasm rating scale, the data were analyzed. Compare the difference between the treatment group and control group, before and after treatment.Results: 1.After the treatment, finger spasm symptoms were improved both in the control group and treatment group. 2.Through Fugl-meyer movement function evaluation(finger part), analyze the data with SPSS 17.0 paired t test method. Scoring results of data analysis on two groups patients before treatment had no statistical differences(P﹥0.05).The data difference of two groups before and after treatment had statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Treatment group was superior to the control group. 3.With the Brunnstrom movement functional evaluation and emendatory Ashworth spasm rating scale, according to the analysis of count and percentage, the effectiveness of treatment group is higher than the control group.Conclusion: 1. Triangular needle pricking shi-xuan points blood-letting therpy can be effective in the treatment of post-stroke finger spasm. 2.Triangular needle pricking shi-xuan points blood-letting therpy and five points penetration needling treatment both have the effect on post-stroke finger spasm. With Triangular needle pricking shi-xuan blood-letting therapy, effect is better. 3. With Triangular needle pricking shi-xuan blood-letting therapy, as a whole, treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group.
