Clinical Observation Of Modulated Qinpu Yin Combined With Standard Triple In The Treatment Of Spleen Stomach Dampness-heat Syndrome In Chronic Gastritis With Helicopter Pylori Infection

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of Jiawei Qinpu Yin combined with standard triple in the treatment of spleen stomach dampness-heat syndrome in chronic gastritis with helicopter pylori infection.Methods:60 patients who had chronic gastritis with helicopter pylori infection according with TCM diagnosis of spleen stomach dampness-heat syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two group(Jiawei Qinpu Yin combined with standard triple and standard triple)with the treatment group of 30 cases and 30 cases in the control group.The two groups are different in treatment for 14 days,The control group eradicated Helicobacter pylori by Chinese medicine combined with standard triple,while the treatment group only by standard triple.Four main symptoms and Secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,were observed before and after the treatment of one month.One month after a period of treatment of two weeks,Each patient of two groups made 13C.Finailly,we Compared the The control group and the treatment group through the statistical analysis of symptom scores,in curativeefficacy of TCM syndrome and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate.Results:Both the two group(the treatment group and the control group)were lower than before in the total clinical symptom scores,The difference was significant statistically in comparison(P<0.05)..After treatment,the total symptom scores of Qin Pu Yin plus Western medicine triple therapy group and Western Medicine Triple control group are different.The total clinical symptomscore of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment.The cpmparison of the total clinical symptomscore between the treatment group and the control group revealed a significant difference in Statistics(P<0.05).The treatment group had advantages in treating chronic superficial gastritis and chronic atrophic stomach made a definite diagnosis of spleen stomach dampness-heat syndrome compared with he control group.There is a statistical difference(P<0.05)The treatment group had an advantage over the the control group in the improvement of epigastric fullness,body weight,stool viscosity or loose stagnation,bad breath,bitter spirit sleepiness symptoms,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The same therapeutic effect wes showed in the improvement in the single clinical symptom scores of Epigastric pain,anorexia,nausea and vomiting of the treatment group and the control group,after the treatment,there was statistical difference in the those score of the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of Jiawei Qin Pu Yin plus Western medicine triple therapy group was better than that of Western medicine triple therapy group,the total effective rate of treatment group(93.3%),and the total effective rate of control group(76.7%).In the eradication of Hp,the eradication rate of the treatment group was 83%,which was higher than that of the control group(57%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Qinpu Yin plus standard triple group was not only significantly improved the clinical symptoms of spleen stomach damp heat type chronic gastritis,especially the main clinical symptoms,but also significantly improved the eradication rate of Hp.
