Analysis Of The Fengdong New City Of Xixian New Area Women And Children Health Care And Service

Basic public health service is an indispensable part of the process of health development and an important guardian of human health.China is the most populous country in the world.The number of women and children has reached 860 million,which reflects the degree of social development to a large extent.Therefore,it is concerned by relevant institutions.In this paper,we carried out regional statistical data on maternal and child basic public health and conducted targeted data analysis,in order to provide some theoretical guidance for promoting the development of local maternal and child health.The Fengdong New City for example,introduces the status quo of the Fengdong New City of maternal and child health services,and the current problems in the analysis.The results show that the Fengdong New City of maternal and child health institutions allocation of resources shortage,the low proportion of medical security,equipment shortage,regional differences.Compared with 2013 in 2014-2016 years,in the development of the Fengdong New City of maternal and child health service is the main index in the Fengdong New City of maternal and child health.The maternal mortality rate has remained at a low level;the female gynecological disease screening rate is low;the 2017 city rate of neonatal visits,children under the age of 7,health management rate of children under 0-6 years old system management rate did not increase,but the rate of prenatal examination,postpartum visit rate of married women of childbearing age and the rate of neonatal visits still need to be improved.Finally,based on the new public health services,social welfare,social security,social insurance as the theoretical basis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,for the Fengdong New City of maternal and child health services are proposed: Fengdong New City government should strengthen the continuing education and maternal and child health care institutions and health care personnel training,establish and perfect the effective training mechanism of maternal and child health personnel;Fengdong New City government should establish regional planning consciousness,rational allocation of equipment,avoid the waste of resources caused by the blind purchase.The new city government will continue to formulate and improve the policy of financial subsidies to improve the proportion of medical staff and departments,and give full play to the main roleof maternal and child health care institutions.
