| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of modified Dahuang Zhechong granule in treating varicocele oligospermatism,to provide new scientific basis for the clinical practice of modified Biejiajian particles effectively,broaden the ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of varicocele.Method:60 cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected from andrology clinic,And all patients are in conformity with the diagnostic criteria for varicocele oligozoospermia.using the randomiaed controllde trials divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated by modified Dahuang Zhechong granule,1 agent,a day sooner or later,the control group was given with Aescuven forte tablets,2 times a day,2 tablets each time,and the two groups of patients were treated for 3 months for one Course of treatment.The clinical efficacy and sperm concentration,motility,morphology and diameter of the spermatic vein of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the safety index of the study was detected.All observation data are analyzed by SPSS17.0 software,All data are means standard deviation(?X±S),the difference between groups was analyzed by single factor analysis of variance,T test was used in group comparison,rank data was compared with rank sum test,the difference has statistical significance when P < 0.05.Result:1.After 3 months of drug treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.8%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 50.0%,The two groups were compared,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the quality of semen in the two groups was better than that before treatment.The concentration and activity of the semen in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The sperm morphology was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the sperm concentration and activity of the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).3.The two groups of patients after treatment,testosterone(T)levels were higher than before treatment,which the treatment group increased significantly after treatment,And compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000 < 0.05);two groups of patients after treatment testosterone(T)was not statistically significant(P=0.069 > 0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment,LH and FSH levels were lower than before treatment,but before treatment and between the two groups after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.The diameter of varicocele in the two groups decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference in the inner diameter between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.modified Dahuang Zhechong granules compared with Aescuven forte can more effectively improve the patients with varicocele oligospermatism,improve semen concentration,motility,semen quality improvement.It can be confirmed by modified Dahuang Zhechong granule is an effective prescription in treatment of oligozoospermia varicocele.2.Modified Dahuang Zhechong granule has good blood circulation,Tonifying the kidney and spermatogenesis.Its mechanism for improving spermatozoa oligozoospermia may be associated with increased local blood supply and energy in the testis.To reduce the testicular damage caused by varicocele and to improve the microenvironment of sperm maturation. |
