| Objective: It explores the effect of antipyretic effect and clinical curative effect on the treatment of infantile exogenous febrile through a controlled clinical study.It provides clinical evidence base for its further application.Methods: In this study,there are 120 eligible patients investigated from The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Ch inese Medicine.The way EXCEL is used to generate random Numbers,and then divide into the treated group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).When child's axillary temperature is less than 38.5 degrees Celsius,in the treated group,he/she is given the Zhuang medicine citronella antipyretic,in the control group given Warm water to wash bath and cooling paste.However,when the temperature is greater than 38.5 degrees Celsius,the child is given ibuprofen suspension no matter in which group.The temperature of the patients before and after treatment was observed,and the time of effect,the time of the fever,the use of acetaminophen,and the TCM syndromes were recorded,and Drug safety evaluation was conducted.Results: The two groups both achieved good performance in grouping,setting of baseline and comparability.(1)The total clinical effective rate was 89.66% in treatment group,significantly higher than 71.93% in control group(P<0.05),It is suggested that the treatment of children with febrile external sensation had obvious effect by the Zhuang medicine citronella antipyretic.(2)In the aspect of TCM syndrome scores,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group to improve the clinical symptoms(P<0.05).It can obviously improve fever,cold,runny nose,cough sputum,nasal congestion,pharynx,and nag symptoms.It is suggested that the Zhuang medicine citronella antipyretic can obviously improve the symptoms of TCM.(3)The annealing effect time of the control group was 3.31±0.85 h,and the time required for the treatment group was 2.66±0.74 h.The treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time of the control group was 30.46±11.57 h,and the time for the control group was 25.17±9.71 h,The treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).It is indicated that the cooling rate and efficiency by the Zhuang medicine citronella antipyretic are better than Warm water bath combined with Cooling paste.(4)After treatment,two group in 0.5h,1h,2h,4h temperature had significant difference(P<0.05)and the antipyretic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.It is suggested that the Zhuang medicine citronella antipyretic are better than Warm water bath combined with Cooling paste in4 hours of Antifebrile effect.(5)After treatment,Compare the three time points of 24 h,48h and 72 h,There are significant differences(P<0.05).It is suggested that the Zhuang medicine citronella antipyretic are b-etter than Warm water bath combined with Cooling paste in 24 h,48h and 72 h of Antifebrile effect.(6)The utilization rate of ibuprofen susp-ension in the control group was 50.88%,and the treatment group was 22.41%.In the treatment group,ibuprofen was significantly less than thecontrol group(P<0.05).It is suggested that the temperature control ofthe Zhuang medicine citronella antipyretic is better than that of Warm water bath combined with Cooling paste,and it can effectively reduce the high temperature of children.Conclusion: The medicated bath therapy with the Zhuang medicine citronella antipyretic has a definite curative effect on infantile fever caused by exogenous pathogens.It has quick effect,high stability,the effect is obvious in improving TCM symptoms,This therapy can be simply operated and has few side effects.It is safe and reliable.It is a green therapy and a combination of folk and modern medicines worthy clinical application and popularization. |
