Objective: Abnormality of gait is the main dysfunction of stroke patients, and the recovery of normal gait of stroke patients has become the core function target of rehabilitation therapy. This research aims at the analysis of gait analysis system applied to traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy combined with the Bobath before and after rehabilitation treatment,to observe the effect of patients with motor function, walking ability and balance ability, motor function reconstruction in order to from a new perspective and treatment of stroke. Methods: according to the diagnostic criteria of affiliated Hospital rehabilitation ward were selected in stroke patients with Hemiplegia Gait in 60 cases, the number of randomly generated by computer, were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the control group,30 cases in the experimental group. The two groups of patients received standardized basic neurology treatment, while the control group received Bobath rehabilitation therapy in basic neurology treatment. The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine ironing combined with Bobath rehabilitation therapy in basic neurology treatment. Before treatment and 2 months after treatment,FuglMeyer was used to evaluate the motor function of the lower extremities(FMAL).The Berg balance scale(BBS)was used to evaluate the balance function and gait analysis system for temporal and spatial parameter gait analysis.By collecting data, statistical analysis showed whether there was a statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group. All data were processed by Exce12010 and SPSS20.0 statistical data processing software. The data were analyzed by two independent samples T test. The significant difference level was set at P<0.05,and p<0.01 showed significant difference.Results:(1)clinical rehabilitation assessment results: FMA-L 2 groups of patients with motor function score, balance scale(BBS)score before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05),in the FMA-L score, motor function of the two groups of patients after treatment of balance scale(BBS)scores were lifted, before and after between the two groups, group differences(P<0.05);after treatment, the experimental group scored higher than the control group, the comparison between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)analysis of test results of gait: step length, width, speed, double support phase, the affected side before treatment two groups of single support phase, the gait cycle were not significantly different(P>0.05);the two groups after treatment, step length, width and pace, the ipsilateral single support phase(%)than before treatment improved, double support phase(%),reduce the walking cycle, the group before and after treatment were statistically significant The significance(P<0.05)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01)after treatment. It indicated that the time and space parameters of the two groups improved after treatment. The experimental group improved significantly compared with the control group, and the step length and step width of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: Bobath combined with rehabilitation therapy in 1.stroke patients with hemiplegia of traditional Chinese medicine ironing, after 8 weeks of intervention on the FMA-L motor function score,BBS balance scale and gait analysis of temporal and spatial parameters improved significantly, suggesting that traditional Chinese medicine combined with the Bobath ironing rehabilitation treatment to improve the patients with lower limb motor function of hemiplegic gait, balance ability was promoted after stroke.
