Research Purposes:Through the study of the effects of three—month health-building and Qigong exercises on the quality of sleep in the elderly,this study demonstrates the effect of health promotion and Qigong training on improving the quality of sleep in the elderly and provides an effective way and means to improve the quality of sleep in the elderly.At the same time,broaden the application of traditional health regimen,providing a new method for the supplement of insomnia and alternative medicine treatment.In turn,it helps to promote the promotion of students' basic work in promoting the quality of life for the elderly and to make contributions to the coming of the elderly.Research Methods: The main use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and experimental methods.Thirty elderly people aged above 60 who meet the experimental requirements were selected as experimental samples from the retired staffs of China Electric Power Research Institute and randomly divided into two groups for comparative experiments.Experimental group completed two weeks of health building foundation Gong function method,the three months of health construction Ji Gong experimental intervention,required to sleep again before going to sleep again and again to complete the construction of basic health practice and record attendance,the specific start time according to their own situation Choose their own,and require no other regular exercise,to maintain the lifestyle before the experiment.Control group intervention without active method to maintain normal life,exercise mode.Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)and Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)were selected as the test indicators.Analysis Conclusion:1.The three-month health-building exercise can help the elderly effectively combat the deterioration of sleep at the turn of the spring and summer,and has a positive effect on the sleep quality improvement of practitioners.Research Proposal:1.In the elderly groups vigorously promote "health building foundation." 2.To extend the experimental intervention time,strengthen the health building foundation to improve the quality of sleep in the elderly.
