Sleep as one human physiological processes essential for human health plays its most basic but most crucial role. But the accelerated development of society, increasing competition, the rhythm of human life are generally faster, but the sleep disorder problem has become increasingly prominent, seriously affecting people’s health. Especially in the elderly population, the various organs organ function gradually weakened, less deficiency of blood, yin and yang imbalance caused by an imbalance of sleep, reduce long sleep, wake up and so they pass sleep occurs, and therefore the quality of sleep daily decline, which has become the year one of the issues addressed in the most urgent need of the population. The organs Yang Yuan Gong is a common clinical medicine health care exercises, winding through the joint, limb traction, acupuncture self-massage, combined with respiratory medicines, ideas, guidance, stimulation, conditioning organs and meridians, promote blood flow, improve organs function, which also played a role in regulation to improve the quality of sleep.In this paper, the main I use of literature, experimental and mathematical statistics research. For 24 older people with sleep problems comparative experiments were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group for a period of 12 weeks, three times a week, each one hour of organs Yang Yuan Gong exercises, the control group did not make any motion to intervene. Selection Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI) as a test indicator for analysis.The results showed that:1. The experimental group 12 weeks of organs Yang Yuan Gong exercises, be able to evaluate the overall quality of sleep scores have been significantly reduced, indicating that the overall quality of sleep has improved significantly; after sleep quality overall evaluation of the effect of the control group, compared to the previous experiment no significant change.2. After the end of the experiment, subjective sleep quality assessment scores in the experimental group subjects are reduced, the subjects sleep feeling significant improvement; subjective sleep quality of the control group showed no significant difference before and after the experiment.3.12 weeks of practice exercises can obviously make the experiment subjects of sleep latency was significantly shorter; the control group in improving sleep latency, and no significant change before and after the experiment.4. The experimental group after 12 weeks of organs Yang Yuan Gong practitioners, sleep efficiency was significantly improved subjects; control group, no significant effect on sleep efficiency.5. The experimental and control groups in sleep time, sleep disorders, the use of hypnotic drugs and evaluation of daytime dysfunction, no significant change before and after the experiment.
