Objects: To analyze the correlation between urinary inhibition of serum C level and glomerular filtration rate in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients, and confirmed the accuracy of the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy, for the early prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy provide a more flexible and effective biological indicator. Methods: Take retrospective analysis method of randomly selected from Huangshan people's hospital treatment and outpatient service via regular treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes in March 2016 to September 2017.Case collection based on relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 89 patients were eventually included.Related data are collected for the patient, including gender, age, height, weight, waist hip ratio, body mass index(BMI),blood pressure(systolic blood pressure SBP,diastolic blood pressure DBP),diabetes course, glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-c),serum creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary inhibition C(Cys C),uric acid(UA),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(P2h PG),24 h urinary albumin excretion(24 h-UAE).Patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into three groups according to 24 h-UAE.24 h-UAE< 30 mg as normal urinary albumin NA group(without diabetic nephropathy group),30 mg?24 h-UAE<300 mg for trace urinary albumin MA group(group of early diabetic nephropathy),24 h-UAE?300 mg for a large number of urinary albumin CP group(clinical diabetic nephropathy group).SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.A normal test was performed using the Shapiro-Wilk method. The parameters of normal distribution are represented by means of the mean plus or minus standard deviation(x± s).For the non-normal distribution parameters, the median and quartile range are used.According to the results of Bonferroni test, variance analysis was used to analyze the differences between groups. The classification variable is described as frequency and proportion, and the chi-square test is used.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to measure the correlation between two independent samples.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The comparison results of general information and biochemical data in NA,MA,CP three groups show that differences between groups of the clinical course of patients,Hb Al C,FPG,BUN,Cys C,Cr,UA,and e GFR was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and gender, age, height, weight, waist hip ratio,SBP,DBP,TG,TC,P2 h PG,LDL,HDL-C indicators was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Multiple linear correlation analysis was performed on patients' Cr,BUN,Cys C,UA,age and e GFR shows that R2=0.83,and the correction regression equation was obtained: Y(e GFR)=161.77-0.587 Cr-0.408 Cys C.There was a significant correlation between Cys C and e GFR,R2=0.72.There was a correlation between Cr and e GFR,R2=0.76.Conclusion: In patients with type 2 diabetes, serum Cys C level is associated with patients' renal function. The changes of serum Cys C level may be helpful for the early diagnosis and evaluation of renal function damage.Serum Cys C level could be a better predictor of kidney function in the future.
