Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment effect and prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(pulmonary)in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)treated with long-term oxygen therapy. Methods: From July 2016 to July 2017,COPD patients from the outpatient clinic and who be hospitalized in our hospital, forty patients who were treated with long-term domestic oxygen therapy(A)and 40 patients who could not be treated with domestic oxygen therapy due to conditions were selected(B),follow up for 1 years. The following basic information of all patients were recorded: name, age, sex, height, weight, stable clinical manifestation, past medical history, personal history of all patients, and 6months after discharge before all patients were discharged.Free cat score and m MRC score were performed 12 months after discharge, the best results were obtained by 6-minute walking test twice in each time period, and the BODE index of the patients was obtained. Each month was followed up by telephone in the study group to guide the patients to use the oxygen therapy machine correctly. Finally, the data of the two groups of patients were collected and entered into the excel table.Results:(1)FEV1%pred in group A was better than that in group B at 6 months and 12months(P=0.043,0.000).(2)At 6 months after discharge, the CAT score of group A was no improvement than that of group B(P = 0.109),and the score of MRC was better than that of group B(P = 0.000);at 12 months after discharge, the CAT score of group A was better than that of group B(P=0.000,0.000).(3)At 6 months after discharge, the BODE index and 6-minute walking distance of group A were significantly better than those of group B(P=0.021,0.000);at 12 months after discharge, the BODE index of group A was significantly improved by 6 minutes walking test than that of group B(P= 0.001 0.000).(4)The number of hospitalization in group A was significantly lower than that in group B within 12 months(P=0.004).Conclusion: If COPD patients persist in home oxygen therapy for a long time,it can effectively improve FEV1 predct cat score,m MRC score and bode index, improve the respiratory function of patients, the times of repeated illness, and improve their quality of life.
