Study On Medication Taboo Of The Annotation After Prescription

Objective:Medication taboo is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine taboo theory.It plays an important role to ensure the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and reduce the toxicity.In recent years,China attaches great importance to the safety of traditional Chinese Medicine.However,the main researchs are "Eighteen anti" and "Nineteen fear",the research on medication taboo is few.In this paper,through the research on medication taboo in the medical book,to provide objective evidence for the standardization of TCM prescription,and to provide useftul knowledge for TCM clinical guarantee of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription to prevent toxic and side effects.Method:According to the basic research methods of literature,looking in the ancient literature of TCM and medication taboo content.Based on the 33 medical book sorting,collection of medication prescription note 2569 records of the party after the taboo,to studying the origin and development of the taboo,to analysis of medication taboo expressed in terms of characteristics and the meaning of some nouns.Through the data mining,statistics of the high frequency of medicine and medicine,high frequency food and food combination,high frequency disease,etc.And analyzed the relationship between the disease and the taboo food,food and drug,disease and syndrome.According to the results of data mining,discusses the medicine and food taboo,taboo of disease and syndrome.Studying the consequences of taboo and taboo period.Result:1.Through the research of the origin of the taboo of medication,found that in the spring and Autumn period to the Han Dynasty records a part of the content and medication taboo.During the Wei,Jin and southern and Northern Dynasties,there record more content of medication taboo.In the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the content of medication taboo were improved.In the Song Jin Yuan Dynasty,the taboo of disease and syndrome were further developed.The four doctors of Jinyuan Dynasty has innovated the medication taboo.In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,People summarized the previous discussion of food taboo.2.The description language of taboo is rich,there are mainly "avoid","ban","Shen","anti","not" and other taboo terms.There are some nouns which were not frequently used,such as "Wu Xin" "Dong Feng Wu" "Nian Hua" etc.3.In all the collected data,the pork,onions,cabbage,lettuce,seaweed,cold,greasy,cold water,fish,hot noodles are in a high frequency,and seaweed-cabbage,seaweed-onions,onions and cabbage are the food combination with high frequency.The wind disease,cough,malaria,asthenia,dysentery,diabetes,edema are of high frequency.In the prescription of treating wind diseases,pork,cold,kelp,cabbage are taboo food with high frequency.In the prescription of treating asthma,kelp,cabbage,onions,pork are taboo food with high frequency.In the prescription of treating malaria,green onions,lettuce,hot food are taboo food with high frequency.In the prescription of treating dysentery,greasy,raw and cold food,hot food are taboo food with high frequency.In the prescription of treating diabetes,pork,fructus ulmi are taboo food with high frequency.In the prescription of treating edema,salt,cold and wine are taboo food with high frequency.In the prescription which contain pork in the taboo,cinnamon,aconite and licorice are drugs with high frequency.4.Medication taboo can be divided into medicine food taboo,disease taboo.Violation of the taboo may lead to efficacy reduced,toxic side effects and disease recurrence.And complying with the taboo should be maintained a certain period of time.Conclusion:In this study,the origin and development of taboo theory was be managed,2569 prescriptions were collected,and the data were classified and studied,so food taboos and food taboos of diseases were analyzed.This paper studied the rule of medication taboo.These studies provide an objective basis for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine prescription,This article provides useful knowledge for Chinese medicine to ensure the efficacy of prescription and to prevent toxic side effects.
