The land is vast,and the vast mountains and rivers are a label of our country.We must first consider safety and environmental protection for cargo transportation in this terrain environment.It is our urgent need to design a field monorail transporter that is safe and environmentally friendly.At present,there are few applications for field monorail transport in China.Field monorail transport operating in mountainous areas and woodland areas still has a lot of room for improvement in China.Taking the special terrain of the Enshi area in Hubei as the research object,we designed a mountain rail orchard monorail transporter.It can achieve a minimum turning radius of not less than 4.2m,a maximum load-bearing capacity of 360 kg and a maximum climbing capacity of 46° to complete short-distance cargo transportation.In the field investigation and research,through inductive summaries,field investigation feasibility analysis and other methods,a complete set of field monorail transporter design and implementation plan was designed,and the body structure,important parts,EPB system plan and guide rail design were completed.And the stability and reliability analysis of the prototype.Based on the analysis results,the transport plane was optimized.Through the collection,analysis and research of the development status of the transport aircraft,the body structure of the transport vehicle,the track,the power device,the national design standards and other relevant data,the theory and research of the field monorail transport aircraft design in China and foreign industrial developed countries are summarized and summarized To provide a solid theoretical and practical basis for the design and implementation of field monorail transporters designed to operate under special terrain conditions.The use of CAE software such as Creo,CAD,Mold Flow to carry out structural design,modeling and optimization of the transport aircraft greatly improves the reliability of the design process,reduces blindness,improves design efficiency and reduces design costs.In the design process using various data,the feasibility design is carried out in theory,thus ensuring the practicality of the designed transportation means.The main contents of the study are as follows:1.Structural analysis of field monorail conveyors,and structural analysis and design of key components.2.Design of EPB system,track design,meshing mechanism design,support mechanism and connection mechanism design of field monorail transporter.3.The stability analysis of the load and no-load performance of the field monorail transporter in working condition,and use the analysis results to optimize the design of the design components.4.Field monorail transport aircraft test,further verify the performance of the transport aircraft through field tests,summarize the differences between the theoretical data and the test data,and provide a practical basis for further optimization in the future.
