Since middle period of 1990s, our country’s fruit yield and area has been the first place in the world. Especially our country is the important origin of citrus. The planting area ranks first in the world.and its mainly grown in the south of our country. Because the citrus of our country is mainly planted on the hills and lands so it caused the low efficiency because of the spraying, fertilization, harvest,such as the production process done by hand.According to statistics, by the need of citrus planting on the slopes of the labor force is 4 times than rice production mechanization of labor. That labor cost is too high. For that the maturity is concentrated and mainly in domestic market to use fresh based. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the research of the mountainous orchard transport machinery. This article is mainly study the further on the basis of existing walking mode and structure of inner and out monorail conveyor. Design and manufacture more accord with our country’s mountainous citrus transport needs of the self-propelled mountain monorail transportation machinery.The realization of the function of transport:To using the gasoline engine as the power source.its rated power is 9.5kW, rated speed of 1800r/min. Conveyor can realize the uphill capacity is 300 kg,truck the downhill weight is 500 kg,The maximum climbing angle of 40 degrees and the average speed at 0.6m/s. And the Transport machinery capable of automatic parking at a predetermined point.The main research contents are as follows:1) To design the transport machinery automatic designated parking device.2) To design the transport machinery reducer that can make the transport forward and back ward come true and the average speed at 0.6m/s.3) For three dimensional modeling of gear reducer based on PRO/E software, the realization of reducer virtual assembly and interference analysis.4) To construct of reducer virtual prototype model. Using PRO/E software to establish the model of the reducer is imported into ADAMS software. In the ADAMS software, add the system load constraint, drive and the contact forces, the establishment of a virtual prototype model.5) To simulation analysis the speed reducer are respectively at all levels, acceleration, torque and gear meshing force.6) To finished conveyor installation and commissioning in Hunan Xiangtan Xiangxiang city of agricultural science and technology experimental base. To carry out the on-site demonstration and the operation result is good. Meet the mountainous Orchard transportation demand and welcomed by local farmers.
