A monorail sprayer which can be used in the greenhouse is designed in this paper to improve the speed of the sprayer in the greenhouse and reduce the space occupied by the sprayer and improve the stability of the sprayer.The force produced by shaking the liquid in the tank is measured under the high speed motion of the sprayer,and the influence of the force on the motion stability of the sprayer is analyzed.The main research contents include the following four aspects:(1)Structural design of rail-type sprayerDesign a rail-type sprayer.It mainly includes the structure design of the sprayer’s mobile device,the design of the device,the strategy of installation and the design of the spray system,so as to improve the speed of the sprayer,reduce the space of the occupying area and meet the requirements of the greenhouse spray operation.Sprayer net weight: 25 kg,load: 100 kg,movement speed: 0.3-2.0m/s,Can be controlled by wireless signals.The capacity of the tank is 50 L.The length of single-side spray rod is 1.2m,the spray width is 2m,and the sprayer is 4m.(2)Establishment of dynamic model for rail-type sprayer and trackWhen the sprayer moves on the track,it is mainly affected by the force of its own gravity,the force produced by the sloshing of liquid in the tank,the force of the track on the walking wheel and the T type wheel,and there will be a variety of movements,such as lateral movement,vertical movement,and shaking head movement.In this paper,a vertical unified model by sprayer track system is established,and analyz the two forces and establish the equations of motion.The results show that the nodding motion and longitudinal(orbital direction)motion of the sprayer are mainly affected by the liquid sloshing force.(3)Measurement and analysis of longitudinal sloshing force of liquidWhen the sprayer moves on the track,the liquid in the tank is sloshing because of the action of the inertial force,while the shaking force and torque impact on the wall of the tank.the stability of the movment of the sprayer was affected.In this paper,a test system for indirectly measuring the sloshing force of liquid in a tank is designed.By measuring the deformation of the test plate,the sloshing force produced by the liquid under the conditions of 4 kinds of velocity of the sprayer and 4 situations of liquid amount in the tank is measured.The test results show that the liquid mainly produces longitudinal sloshing.The greater the speed of the sprayer,the more the liquid in the tank,the greater force is produced.When the speed of the sprayer is 2.0m/s and the liquid in the tank is 75%,the maximum force of liquid is-60.8N.(4)The effect of liquid sloshing on the motion stability of sprayer and track.The sloshing force of the liquid in the tank directly acts on the sprayer,which affects the movement of the sprayer and indirectly affects the stability of the track.In this paper,the dynamic signal analysis system is used to measure the motion acceleration of the sprayer and the orbit in the longitudinal(X direction),the transverse(Y direction)and the vertical direction(Z direction).The test results are analysised in the time domain and frequency domain.The results show that the liquid sloshing affects the longitudinal motion of the sprayer,but does not affect the stability of the motion.When the speed of the sprayer moves is at 2.0m/s and the amount of liquid the tank is 75%,the vertical movement of the track appears to be unstable.The effect of the liquid sloshing in the tank on the motion of the sprayer and track is studied by experiments,and the reasonable for the design of the rail-type sprayer is evaluated and the performance of the sprayer is verified.The results of the test analysis provide a reference for optimization of sprayer structure and the track structure.
