The strategy of rural revitalization proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China aims to timely adjust and improve the policies on agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era in view of the phased characteristics of agricultural and rural development and the prominent problems they face.The strategy calls for us to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,making agriculture a promising industry,farmers an attractive career,and rural areas a beautiful place to live and work.Under the new policy background,camel industry has become a landmark characteristics and a typical industry of the activity that Alashan right banner government actively promote the development of local agriculture and animal husbandry which is an important source of income for local farmers and herdsmen to achieve stable income increase and live a prosperous life.In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of camel characteristic industry in the right banner of Alashan and improve the public service level of the government,this paper analyzes the current situation of the government of Alashan right banner promoting thedevelopment of camel characteristic industry and the problems existing in the implementation of the policies,and puts forward Suggestions for the improvement of the current policies based on the relevant theories and domestic and foreign literature review.According to the study,the government of Alashan right banner has issued the camel development and protection,camel industry support and other related policies in recent years,and the camel industry development medium and long-term planning and strategiesin order to promote the local characteristic camel industryin order to promote the local characteristic camel industry.All the them has been put into practice.Some achievements have been made in camel protection and development,the introduction of camel industry enterprises,scientific and technological innovation,and the development of camel cultural industry.These results promote the development of camel industry.Problems also exist in the implementation of various policies to further promote the development of camel characteristic industry: The supporting policies and measures for the protection and development of camels lag behind;there are grassland conflicts between herders;the land transfer mechanism is not perfect;the supporting infrastructure of the industry is not perfect;the leading role of the government is not fully played,etc.After comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions for improvement:First,strengthen policy research,evaluation and improvement,supporting and improving relevant policies for thedevelopment of camel characteristic industry,and strengthen the supervision of policy implementation;Second,improve government services,adhere to the ecological theory of green and sustainable development to implement industrial development policies,and further improve policies in building brands and exploring culture;Third,strengthen the support policies of capital,technology,talents and leading enterprises,give full play to the leading role of the government,and strengthen the development of camel characteristic industries.
